ReplyDeleteToo funny, how I love Adam going on stage with his long white wig and top hat and the long coat he wore during Glamnation! He is Father Halloween! I watched the livesteam and he was on fire as usual! They had to cut out Cuckoo cause the show was running late,my favorite and it sure would have fit in perfectly tonight. Oh well Adam killed it as usual!
ReplyDeleteOK, Adam now has to sing WWFM in its original, powerful CD version when he performs it live. People always want to identify with one song that they know extremely well and have heard on the radio often. The acoustic version is great, but the LIVE original one is extremely great.
ReplyDeleteI WISH that Adam had kept the western outfit on for the show( OR SHOW IT ALL..looks like he may have put that long coat,or whatever that is,on over the clothes.The live stream is such poor quality.I think somebody yelled "take it off" I would want the hat,wig,etc off too!Does he have that white glampire make-up on also?I know if I had been there,I would want to SEE his real face,not the makeup like the other night in LA( if that's what it is) The audio is pretty good..but such a short setlist...guess that's cause other artists were performng also.I can't get the instagram to work.

So funny watching him strut around in costume. No matter what he wears, wigs, hats, coats, pants,makeup, haircolor.....his VOICE doesn't change.....ahhhhhh just glorious to listen to.

I agree with you CT. I have lived in Texas, for 64 year's, there are many I am a macho coyboy, masculine, get on my neves type's. Truste there are gay people, men in Texas that make Adam look like the most Alpha male alive! There ignorant acting Men and woman here, also we have Gay people here too! Adam Lambert not scared Of little, old big Texas! he should alway's be himself. Besides there is security there, and it's holloween! Looks like people had costumes on, so why should he not have one on. He so loves this holiday! You alway's look special Adam!! Trust me there are all kinds Of human's here! Yes there are homophobic people like every where else.the most important thing right now, is people in harm's way from hurricane, so hope u come out of this safe and sound!! God bless you!! But with randy Jackson and Seacrest working in the opposite direction it didn't help Adam. One big reason I am done with Idol. The other are the judges. Buff said on that subject. I am surcGlambertscwould have been disappointed if Adam not in some kind of costume. I think the glam cowboy epic. The Dark Side

Pitiful isn/t it, we've found a group of people who probably pat themselves on their backs in approval for being tolerant of gays, but are instead completely intolerant of overweight people. Just got power back here in north NJ after being out for almost two days. No damage here luckily, but so many areas in the state, esp. the Jersey shore are devastated by the total destruction. Of course, once I got back online, I had to check all the news stories about the storm and then the latest with Adam and the Texas radio concert. I liked his glam cowboy vamp look. Ashley looked terrific also. Took a little break, so now it's back to restoring things that had to be moved esp. food in the refrig. Power is still out in many areas here with sporadic landline phone and cell phone service. I spent the time in the dark reading with a book light or flashlight and listening to a portable radio. I'm not big on texting, twitter or most of the techno stuff, so I was fine without it for the time we were in the dark,but so happy to have it all back today. My thoughts and prayers are with those who have lost so much during this storm...it is heart wrenching and just devastating.
ReplyDeleteI do like the Trespassing cd overall, esp. Cuckoo and OOL. But Adam still doesnt have that one song that everyone wants to hear such WWFM. I know this album was Adam's "baby" and he was happy with the overall final cuts. But we as his fans, would love for him to have that super hit as does Kelly Clarkson, Katy Perry or Pink. Is it because the listening audience just doesn't like his music or is it more personal, about him? It is frustrating at times being an AL fan because he does not receive the recognition and success he so deserves, but also rewarding when I watch these videos of him performing with such enthusiasm and energy. He has a magnificent stage presence with or without a costume. Fortunately he has an international fanbase that just loves him and will continue to support him. His acceptance at home is very slow, but I believe Adam will have longevity in the music business and other creative arts long after most of todays talentless, crude, inarticulate performers are long forgotten. So keep these videos coming because I will watch every single one of them to keep up with Adam's career.
