ReplyDeleteI would not worry about these low numbers this week. Once Adam has sung live on Leno and Ellen and the radio stations start spinning it regularly it will blow up.Many people do not even know Adam has a new song out yet because promo isn't starting till next week and station adds Jan. 24th.

This is just the tip of the iceberg...because the ADAM invasion is on it's way.... clear around the world! 2012 is going to be a year of miracles for ADAM.... and it's such a bloody priviledge to be able to watch history in the making...right before our eyes!

8:10 Brain must have figured it wrong because he wrote down 66,000 sold to date. He made a mistake once on IIHY too instead of 600,000 he wrote 800,000. An honest mistake.

ReplyDeletehe hasn't made a mistake. You seem to be missing the 2nd week sales, it had sold 59,700 (I think it was)after 2 weeks plus 6,000 for the 3rd week.
Aiken does absolutely nothing for me. Ok voice, but NO appeal of any kind whatsoever. GO ADAM! We will do all we can to get you to the top where you belong!

ReplyDeleteOT I think Clay Aiken has a good voice, but he's always seemed socially awkward,not easily expressing himself.He had a very abusive father and stressful childhood. He went to the Univ. of North Carolina a mile away from my house,lived with a local family that had an autistic 12 yr old boy that Clay taught and and mentored and we both liked the same great Italian neighborhood restaurant. He doesn't have the confidence of Adam and was also raised with very strict Christian views which had to be very confusing and difficult for him being gay. I remember the unflattering remarks he made about Adam and it really annoyed me, but I just consider the awkward source.He lives in Raleigh now with his son. I think Adam's single will shortly begin to take off as it gets more airplay. Anxious to hear what Ryan Seacrest will have to say about it next Friday when he interviews Adam on his show.

It's good news that some of us are malingerers. Most of us will kick in by the Jan 29th birthday party.
ReplyDeleteim kinda a neutral is this poll thing... sometimes i vote sometimes i dont but like everybody is talking about them well i voted :) but i only voted for two though......the sophies challenge one (btw adam is winnning being 64.37% vs 35.63%) and the adam vs cook one which he is also winning (59.63% vs 39.7%) :)

ReplyDeletelol ur right but it wont work....when we go to every seccion i think we get more addicted than before!! and yes idk what it is but as much as i try to vote to someone else my computer mouse allways end up clicking on adams name almoust instantly :)(doesnt matter how good his "rival" is)lol :)
Many of us oldies but goodies are not computer savvy, so buying on itunes without an mp3 player is not possible, and can buy only when the cd comes in. The sales from this demographic will kick in eventually, though. So, hang in there, Glamberts and Adam.
ReplyDeleteAn aside, when you say push refresh, not replay button, didn't know what you meant, so I had to search for it. Good thing I found it finally. For those who have despaired or don't know what the refresh button look like, it would help to know it looks like an arrow going around at the upper right hand corner of your computer, usually the second row of icons. Hope this helps, cause it took me a while to figure this out.
I found my "refresh" prompt by right clicking my mouse ... there it was ... so easy ... couldn't find the one at the top of my computer ... also helps when multiple voting where it is allowed. Let's all make ADAM **KING** of the internet polls!! Go Glamberts!! Love 'n Light

ReplyDeletehere in the u.s. he should not need a lot of promo his name is out there, he has many fans here, we should all buy or download his new song now and bring him up on the charts now. he has reached #1 abroad already. i purchased his new album and song btikm several times already, so i am doing my part. come on fans let's get going, move him up on the charts. he is one of the best singers/performers out there!
