I wondered how long he was going to pay rent each month in the 5 figures when he is out of town so much. He could have put a huge downpayment on a place for all the rent he's paid so far.
I hope it is alot cheaper than ten thou a month that could break anyone.Sounds like an apartment. I like Kelley. They probably won't see much of each other both very busy.

@Anon 8:25 PM We really have no idea beyond the fact that Kelly Osborne is his new neighbor "across the hall", if he is buying, renting, etc.. But doesn't really matter. We're fans, we like to speculate. Things are slow right now in Adam Land.. now that the twitter conversation is over for awhile.. Its okay. It is certainly none of our business, but no harm done. :)))

Hmm, condo or apt. Smart if touring and no time for maintenance, but owning at low interest rates now I believe would be a smarter financial move. Some celebs also live in hotels, but that makes absolutely no sense to me. Where would Adam put all of his jackets, shoes and jewelry? haha Just read about Empire West! Good Ninjas! sounds very nice and perfect for his traveling lifestyle. Glad there is good 24 hr security and Sauli has his gym and Adam has his spa'

Why would someone say he is. It smart about money? Compared to the redicous spending most do, Adam very good with his money,. He works hard it is hi money and he can do what he wants with it! I do not know if he bought or not, but id renting that his business, and it's safer from everything that go on with celebs! If he did not buy, he will when he feels it is right! The man is very smart, he will do what is right for him! Sue
All this speculation about condo vs. apt. LOL! Maybe he's renting short term while he's touring and after he comes back to L.A. He'll buy his dream house! They're definitely in the middle of all the action in West Hollywood.
Sue, I agree with you. Adam has always been practical with these things, he needs a place with good security but something easy to maintain given that he spends so much time away with travel, so I think the Condo is a great idea for both Adam and Sauli. Whether he is renting it or buying it that is entirely his choice to make and his business, I'm sure he and his family would be discussing these things with him and be giving good advice.
