I've given many speeches and Adam's speech was perfect........long enough, short enough, meaningful, humorous at times and delivered with confidence and the right amount of pride. I couldn't find anything about the statuette except that the designer is David Moritz and it is the second version of this award. The original was crystal and was replaced in 2009 with the wings.
