I also loved the fan art, made me smile. Roger standing where he is stops the hand of the clock from moving, or else Brian would fall off. Loved it. :)
ReplyDeleteHelene's voice is so beautiful. She seems to be on an equal level to Adam's voice. The feeling she put into the song was very much like Adam's. I think he really appreciated the chance to sing with her. Not sure if he knew about her before, because he has just started "following" her. But what a performance those two put on. I have spent some very enjoyable time on you tube listening to some of her other songs.

ReplyDeleteIsn't it amazing how a simple, off-the-cuff comment by Adam can inspire such a creative piece of artwork! People DO pay attention! Love how the guys are arranged on the hands of the clock. This piece is certainly suitable for framing. Should be marketed a sold by the artist.
ReplyDeleteJust re-read the Guardian article and scanned some of the comment. The usual mix of purist nay-sayers and a number of more level-headed fans. Glad to see t hat a few commenters gave good information about Adam's pre-Idol music experience. Some still believe that anyone on a music competition show just fell out of the sky and short-cutted their way to fame. Nice to know some people know about his background.

ReplyDeleteMaybe some do not want Queen to continue at all; but, they don't have to be so nasty and mean spirited towards Adam!
Guess they will just have to live in ignorance; no one will miss them!!

ReplyDeleteshoshanna addressed that quote being left out by Adam, when being questioned by a fan about it on twitter as to why it was left out of Adam's retweet. She tweet, "that would be considered "bragging", or something like that; don't have exact quote. But she did mention the words, "would be bragging", if Adam retweeted those words with "his" retweet??
