I’m not. But if I were making a record, I reckon I’d want it to sound like this. Amazing job @adamlambert https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=toDqvHvTN7c …

  2. Had a little chuckle about a comment from a fan who has been ordering, now they say, their wallet is a ghost town. I am sure a few are saying that. LOL

  3. Nice to see that Monte Pittman sent a tweet to Adam congratulating him on his Ghost Town, especially since Madonna, who he plays for , has a song out with similar name.
Brian has been sending several tweets to Glamberts, about the likeness of Adam to Elvis. He was also insinuating that there is something more than the likeness. Not sure what that means, unless he may think that Adam will be a huge star like Elvis. Hope Adam doesn't get into drugs like Elvis, it has happened to so many big stars. Where Adam spends his time in clubs it is all around him, not saying that he is into drugs, but it could easily happen.

Adam rarely holds a grudge, and we don't know all the details, only Adam does. Monte is doing very well in his career, and is probably under contract with Madonna. I don't think in the general scheme of things, Adam would run into him, Adam is a clubber, Monte isn't. He is a family man with 3 kids. Sending the tweet was a gracious thing to do. Aside from everything, Monte is a very good guitarist, I hope Adam finds someone who is equally good when he tours. I have no love for Monte, he scares me, with his awful face beard, probably scares his kids too, LOL

  9. I thought it was nice that Matt Giraud sent a tweet about Ghost Town also. I didnt realize any of the other Idols still kept up with And supported Adam. Well aside from Kris and Allison.

  10. 9:05 PM, you don't know that Adam doesn't hold grudges.

The only thing we have to go on regarding this instance is Adam saying that bridge was burned. That's all I need to know.

  11. I don't think Adam holds grudges either, he just moves on. Life is too short.

  12. Hi 8:33PM :).....

Brian has made fairly similar references about Adam with regard to Elvis at other times as well.....

I've gathered Brian's mentions of this to mean that Adam has that broader, mass type appeal (all ages, both genders, demographics and cultures, etc) like Elvis did..... How people respond to Adam is reminiscent of the way people used to respond to Elvis.... Particularly in concert, for instance. Elvis had a certain powerful effect on people.... Adam has a similar (though very distinctive to Adam - not a copy) effect on people - male & female, as well.
Similar charisma, (and quite naturally similar sensual energy while on stage), basically.

.... My take on it, anyway :)))

  13. .... May also be a reference from Brian about the potential for iconic status (similar to Elvis' type of iconic; which is very unusual and unique ... Unlike just about any other artist).

Assuming this is partly what Brian meant.... I would happen to agree!

  14. Reading Adam, I can also say that he doesn't hold grudges.
You can tell if you have been following him and why I love his enlightened soul.

  15. LOL, Anne Marie.... That fan's quip: "My wallet is a ghost town"....
    -- Clever! ;))

  16. He may not hold grudges but he is definitely done with Monte.

There is a difference between the two. I have a friend like that. When she is done with somebody there is no grudge. She is just done and moved on and never thinks about that person again. It actually seems pretty freeing.

  19. Yada you are exactly right....Elvis was dripping charisma,,,on stage! When I interviewed him I sat there thinking "What a jerk".......then went out into the theater to sit with my friends. Ten minutes later I was on my feet and thinking, "he's going to make it big time, he's terrific!"

To quote you...."he had a certain powerful effect on people." Adam has been blessed with that same effect!
