Adam and I started working together about 18 months ago to up his fitness game. He came to me with weight-loss goals and the desire to tone his entire body. I knew we'd be working together long-term, so we've gradually built a foundation.

Adam had a lot of overuse injuries in his shoulders, so we've had to modify certain exercises. 5. I appreciate how he is concerned and focused on Adam's overall health.... Keeping him healthy and thriving ... Not just giving him challenging workouts. No wonder Adam is consistent! He must feel GREAT.

Explains a lot more how Adam can sing his face off and dance all over the place up and down that enormous and physically taxing QAL stage.

Adam found gold with this trainer! :)))

  7. I really enjoyed this article. Adam looks fantastic and I bet he feels fantastic as well. I wonder how he had the overuse injuries in his shoulders when he wasn't into athletics.
