This Chi-Bi is in really bad taste, IMO....making light of other countries' revered monuments is rude. Adam visits a work of art and history.....and smokes POT with it? !!!!

BTW...the item in the hand of the statue of the Unknown Writer/Historian is a pen...not a cigarette, cigar or "joint". The pen's tip is shiny because it is customarily stroked by its many visitors, especially aspiring writers.
I don't think the Chibi depiction is meant to disrespect; the dark hooded face does suggest perhaps hidden secrets. And in reality, no one knows why or what it represents. The pen does suggest a writer but the smoke rising above the pen in the Chibi drawing gives a whole different interpretation. The real sculptor/writer knows, but he/she is anonymous. Perhaps the writer/sculptor wants people to ponder over it rather than just look and walk away. I like the sculpture, very thought-provoking.
In explanation...the Chi-Bi and Adam above is referring to an actual photo of Adam taken with the statue and depicted here on this website about 8 threads earlier, on Nov. 5. I assumed everyone would recognize the connection between that photo and this chi-bi. The thread was entitled "Adam Lambert on Instagram: Pass it to the left side #Budapest"
The famous and dramatic statue of the hooded figure, "Anonymous" is located in the City Park in Budapest, opposite the Castle. It was erected in honor of the chronicler at the court of King Bela III who wrote a history of the early Magyars. It is named "Anonymous", and deeply hooded, because the name and face of that writer had been lost in time, but the people wished to honor him for his priceless work. He holds a pen with a shiny tip in his hand...the tip is shiny because people (especially writers) stroke it for inspiration.
In Adam's photo, he is sitting on the pedestal next to the statue....on top of an open book. He appears to be conversing with "Anonymous".
I have a photo of me standing in front of that statue too....many years ago! The information about it that I just gave you was written by me under the photo in my album.

Nanbert I do not like this drawing either. The statue should give Adam inspiration, not a cigarette. I do not like this joke Adam must stay as far away from cigarettes if he wants to keep his voice as good as possible. Freddie smoked a lot and almost could not play in concerts.
I guess it depends on the people whose statue you're making fun of. If we put ourselves in the place of the lovely people of Budapest......some respect would probably be appreciated. They are very fond of that statue.
Just watched the BoRap video from Lodz...amazing! I wonder if that indicates a new/permanent approach...or an equipment breakdown.
I hope it is permanent...a small victory perhaps, but an important statement, I think.... Especially in light of that video of Freddie doing Day-O that was added to this tour... which I wish Queen had left out!
Freddie doing Day-O balances out with Adam getting the ENTIRE BoRhap, IMO. He deserves it by now. He nails it. He owns it. It's his full-circle song. AI--QAL.
I'm more about the arrangement of Bohemian Rhapsody as a piece; so one person singing the whole piece comes across more wholesome than trying so hard to appease everyone with Freddie singing half and Adam the other. Having said that, Bohemian Rhapsody is Freddie Mercury's Masterpiece. Adam sings it with greater emphasis on certain words/notes to bring out the lyric and song better. Like... Any way the wind blooows...(gentle vibrato), I can feel the wind or... foreeever..er...the note peaks because the word, forever is a powerful concept, a point of no return. Freddie too has a powerful beautiful voice; less vibrato, different style, more Rockish perhaps. Strangely, my favourite song 'I Want To Break Free' is by John Deacon who is not even present now in the Queen Band other than on screen in BR; but I'm quite sure he approves of Adam singing it. Final analysis...I think Brian and Roger have finally accepted Adam as their whole rightful frontman and let Freddie sail off into the heavenly horizon, never forgotten though.
