It's always snow day in North Dakota, and can get up to 40 below. Come here and live, and you will find out what cold is all about. I grew up here, don't know any other way. Love the season changes.
I'd love the beauty of the open spaces of North Dakota, but can't take really cold weather anymore. However...I'm sure you have more pleasant weather for "sissies" like me, LOL.
