'American Idol:' Adam Lambert shows support for Lady Gaga's new video

Lady Gaga already has herself a fan for her new music video: Adam Lambert. The controversial singer -- who already turned heads for her take on "Bad Romance" -- has unleashed "Telephone" upon the public and and a number of people are talking about. One of them, as expected, is the popular "American Idol" runner-up.
In a new message posted on Adam's Twitter page on Friday, the singer proclaimed that he was "downloading TELEPHONE video on iTunes. Can't wait!" The video is about nine minutes long, and includes scenes of a women's prison, glasses made out of cigarettes, and commentary about a certain part of Gaga's anatomy.
Regardless of her work, Adam has been a supporter of the Grammy-winning artist even before she collaborated with him on "Fever." Gaga has long drawn from the gay community as a part of her fanbase, and her tendency to push the envelope and make music into an art form is another thing that Adam claims to respect.

I'm with Adam, I love this video clip, I love everything about her and it is all thanks to Adam really. I had not paid much attention to the Lady until Adam kept on talking about her and then I saw the clip for Bad Romance and I just loved it. Then I went and bought her CD and loved that, I didn't really realise just how many of her songs were hits and how many I actually knew. Lady Gaga is incredible, I love everything she does and this video had me laughing so much, she is so over the top and fabulous.
gaga is such a genius, you can tell! like anonymous above, i came to like lady gaga because of adam.

Gaga's weird but that's why she sold 10 million records of the Fame.. You cannot like Gaga and like Adam cause he's weird too.. Weird is hot!
Imnagine the crap Adam would get if he did one third of that stuff!! Interesting vid, but it really does remind me of the fact that there is a messed up double standard in this country.
Why would Gaga make a video which panders to the wet dreams of straight men, who do love girl on girl sex. She is bi-sexual, so maybe this stuff turns her on too. To me, this is not "art", Lady Gaga is grasping for sensationalism. Adam would be crucified by the press and religious/conservative right if he tried any of this shit. ADAM, STICK TO THE MUSIC, BB.
This video is a second rate "Thelma and Louise" in soft porn for lesbians and straight men. Gaga is running out of original ideas to shock us. The video for Bad Romance was lovely, this one, not so much.................
A video like this must privately piss Adam off totally, but because he is a huge fan of Gaga and too much of a gentleman to say so in public, his true thoughts will never be known. He will bow to her "genius" (?????) His AMA performance was utterly trashed and labelled as lewd and vulgar, but this video is "art"? Double standard personified. GEESUS. Check out Sade's video for true art and classiness.
It's pretty and arty but I'd rather live in Adam's hot imagination than GaGa's icy one.
I watched this twice to make sure I was not missing anything of value. Now all I can say is that this sucks badly. It's trashy trash. Don't mean to be harsh, but it' really bad.
I hope Adam sticks to the music, too. Adam's energy and voice is enough. I don't even care for dancers around Adam. Adam's the show.
Really, Gaga's music is sensational endough, too. Her music's good. This kind of sensationalism distracts from that, too, imo. I'd like her more without the sensationalism, too. Their message to be themselves is beautiful and enough. I wish they'd just do that. It's more than enough.

I like it a lot. She is INCREDIBLEY talented. Just B/C Adam supprts her dosn't meen he is going to TURN into GAGA! Adam, if you don't know yet, is TRUE to HIMSELF. He dosn't copy anybody. You can be influenced by something but draw inspiration from it, NOT copy it!!!

I don't mind the sex but don't like the murder and violence at all. Watching once was enough. Maybe she's looking to pick up some fans from the hip-hop scene.
I agree with the poster above who said she's icy and Adam's hot (other than his icy AMA performance). Almost ALWAYS, he's warm and sentimental or hot and sexy. Love him.
Adam ...respect her but dont follow in her footsteps...your voice sells you...not her antics.
I have already heard 'Telephone' played on the radio here (Raleigh, NC) but have never heard any of Adam's songs played on radio outside a Ryan Seacreast hosted program. This video makes Adam's AMA performance seem family friendly yet they will continue to play this song and blacklist Adam. Go figure!
