Adam Lambert fans line up early for concert

Close to two thousand Adam Lambert fans started lining up early for the show. The American Idol runner up was performing at the Cotillion Ballroom Friday evening.
Some fans drove from as far away as Dallas, Texas and started waiting at 10am.
"We had a boom box out here that was blasting some music for awhile," said Jenna Sinclair who drove from Dallas. "It's been fun. A lot of good company."
Fans like her said it was important to get there early because the closer they could get to the stage, they say the better the show will be for them.
"I've seen him on you know, the movies and you tube for so long," said fan Sarah Schmidt. "Just having him right there up front, being able to almost touch him!"

Adam must just love his fans (Glamberts)... so dedicated and patient... waiting in a long line and in 100 degree heat just to see... who else ADAM!!! And still manage to have a good time. Yaaay! for us Adam fans!!!
I was there. I can't believe the reporter didn't mention the rain! It rained hard for an hour and even though I had an umbrella, I was still drenched. Adam is totally worth the discomfort, though. I would do it again tonight if I could!
I hope Coloradofan is on this video. She was so stoked to see Adam. Hope she's careful driving home.

Love the Dad that drove all day from Houston and waited all day in line so his daughter and friend could see Adam. What a Dad! Adam's fans are the best! Adam definitely got their vibes, judging from the videos! funbunn40

Hey, this is coloforadam - that picture is of the Wichita crowd. I was in beautiful,downtown Denver last night - free parking a block away,dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, vodka shots then straight across the street into the Paramount - not a second of suffering any sort of weather. Adam was beyond beautiful and the show was awesome. Can't find words. Sweated out all the alcohol in the wild crowd at show and arrived hm in colo sprgs safely at 1am. Thanks 8:40pm - wish you were there too. LOL
