Excellent news that almost a year after its release, Adam's debut CD sales are still doing so well. And we have to keep reminding people that he is touring internationally with only one (1) full CD under his belt after his AI year in 2009.

Curious here. Was Daughtry's AI year in 2005 or 2006? And was the Singapore show last week his first concert out of the US?

time to buy an album for holiday giving

We are all watching those numbers hoping they make a million soon. Yes, we need to all buy the album as gifts this holiday season. I actually bought the deluxe edition of the album and I am really enjoying the extra songs, particularly Voodoo.

I always liked the picture they are showing for the cover in Japan(Adam with metal finger chains) much better than the adrogynous Adam. I think that is a much better business choice...and this is a business. Let's make FYE a million seller this Christmas!

I am definitely going to "gift" a few CD's to push FYE to platinum here in the USA. We can all do this for Adam. I have gifted his CD twice to two non-fans and heard marvelous feedback from both of them.

Anon 8:23, I think it was 2006 when Fantasia won and he was voted off? He has been over seas before and will tour in Oct. many of the same European countries as Adam will in Nov. Also going to So. Africa . Heard recently that Adam isnt well known there yet. Anyone know for sure? Adamluv

I read some of the comments on Ytube where they are begging ADAM to come to South Africa .. South America & even Russia. I don't know how well he is known there but he is known according to the posts ... & LOVED.

@ anon 10:56 I also like the finger chain picture much better than the androgynous one and think it would have been a better cover choice for business reasons as you said. My first thought was,oh no,not for his debut album. Hope it won't put off sales. The finger chain one was edgy and still dramatically sharp. Love that one! Funbunn40, I thought Adam said that he didnt want the finger cover since it was too close to Susan Boyles and Rihannas covers that were coming out at the same time.(?). On all my Adam CDs I simply turned the photo over and have the chain one on top since I love that picture! Think from a business angle, the finger one would have been a better choice but now "water under the bridge "except for countries where the CDs arent out yet? Adamluv

He'll be able to sell a helluva lot more if you can ever find the CD in the stores. Why aren't the stores restocking the shelves? A lot of people start their Christmas shopping in October. Come on RCA, get the shelves stocked!!!!

Most of u guys probably already know this, but I just bought another of his cd's and this one is from Germany and has Can't Let You Go on it! Beautiful song and his voice is heavenly!! Got it from Amazon.com

I haven't seen FYE in the stores either. Wish there would be a boxed set of Adam for Christmas gifts. GNT footage, Idol and his videos. I also hope one day he will do a theatrical video or cd boxed set. I like it all and in time hope he will do it all, instead of being put in a specific box. He is so unique and unlike any other entertainers that sing in one specific way. Thanks Adamluv for take on fingerchain cover! It's so Adam and one of my favorites! funbunn40
