Now I know why they were so quiet thru the ballads, They hadn't heard them before.They must only know who Adam is, thru the radio.

Great articles. Wish we could read them individually. That's a whole lotta press for one show in one country. Hope he returns to Malaysia whenever he does an international tour. I think their fan devotion demands it.

Haven't read the entire articles yet but it looks like Adam really impressed Malaysia. Great job Adam! You came, you went and conquer!!! ☺

LP @4.41pm.

A true Glambert knows when to stay quiet and enjoy Adam's powerful vocals on the ballads, especially Soaked. :) I think it's one of the unwritten rules of GNT. :)

Wow lots of media mileage and very good reviews! Maybe we should even thank PAS for the extra attention they gave Adam which actually gave him more publicity. Thanks again Malaysian fans for the for the tremendous support and warm reception.

Wow - look at all that text! And I read every word. Great and interesting reviews.

Adam - offering short, tense answers? Very unlike him! Adam's show and staging reminescent of a drag show? Well, um - look who you're doing a review about!

A clear, true and nearly-operetic voice? Mmm-hmmm, hard to believe it's real, huh? Funny how many references there were to "singers" lip syncing. Boy were they bringing that up with the WRONG performer! First - Adam doesn't need to lip sync, and 2nd, he has too much integrety to to so. But that was a sad commentary on the state of today's performers.

12-15,000 crazed fans going absolutely balistic? Well YEAH - that's what Adam's fans do! Listen to the guy! Oh yeah, and take a good, long look at him, while you're at it. Get it now?!

"The show lost energy during ballads"? I´ve never been so moved by any performance of Soaked as this from Malaysia. How the audience absolutely loved him and the pause and the roaring before the a capella seemed to go on for ever.
How did the malaysians know about Adam? AI wasn´t on TV there, was it? It´s a muslim country, conservative and there are 15000 in the audience. Amazing! Here in Scandinavia we had AI on TV and we have a venue with a capacity of 900. Embarrasing!

@Eva,
If malaysia gets the same sat and cable packages as the rest of Asia, then they probably did see AI. The majority of our programmes are American, then English and lastly Australian.

@HKfan

Thank you! That´s explains it. AI must have been more popular in Malaysia than in Sweden. Not even the radio station that Adam visited on his promo tour in February knew who he was. "Adam Lambert? Is he the guy from Antique Road Show?" said one of the morones. Of course when they met him, they were all taken by his charm and personality. It was a short interview and they didn´t even play a song from FYE. It´s a radio station with rap and crap music.

Malaysian Fan @ 6:46... You are absolutely right. Yells and clapping during his pause is good. That's part of why he pauses. But too many fans are yelling just before the pause begins and continue when he starts singing again. When this happens you can't enjoy the beauty of his voice, it's disrespectable to him, and it distracts from his performance. Just sayin'.

imagine that people, Malaysian fans knew that Adam Lambert is a true performer and no doubt about that. He will come back for u guys bec. you were all respected audience. Thank you Malaysia for giving Adam Lambert the love and respect. Now every where Adam goes it will reminds what happened in Malaysia. No protest can stop our beloved Adam to see his fans around the world Ha!ha!ha!

to tell you the truth Asia is more advance in technology than the rest of the world. Just saying........... We as Asian patronize other countries products before us. That's the story why Adam is so popular around the world especially in Asia. Love u Adam. I miss your performance. Hope to c u again in Canada.
