The blond guy with Adam appears to be Sauli Koskinen from Finland. He won Big Brother in 2007. I think Adam got his birthday present. Check some utube of Sauli - he is adorable.

Sauli is from Finland..Adam has spent time with him before...Its so nice they can be together for Adam's B-day (I'm guessing..)....He is a cutie!! He is on TV in Finland and was on Big Brother Finland in 2007.. this is a vid of his pics from that time...A real cutie! That's what I know...

What a great collection of photos of Adam! He is so beautiful no matter with or without makeup, no matter what the hairstyle, no matter what outfit he's wearing.....he's just perfect both inside and out. I keep saying the same things about Adam over and over but I can't help myself. He's an amazing human being.

He must be showing Sauli the sights around So. Cal!. Hope they have a wonderful time together!
