It's fun to see the old Adam. He hasn't lost any of his talent as he aged. What a talented man.

my fave the CRAZY video.

I think his voice is getting much better and stronger as he age. May be I should say he knows how to use his voice in a better way.

I love the crawl through the fire one because he doesn't have his shirt on. First time I saw that, can he get any sexier?

In the 3rd vid he sounds like he is lisping (on purpose I hope). He sure can dance - I never get tired of watching him. I check up on him every day.
He's like chocolate for me.

I think Adam has become a much better singer then in these videos. Amazing that he could improve but he has.
What eye candy and such a beautiful soul!
I check this site at least once a day as well!

Well, even after seeing his "Crazy" and "Crawl Thru Fire" performances more than once over the the last year or two...My jaw still drops...every time! I love his dancing in "Crazy" and it reminds me that so much of what he can do is still untapped. Adam the singer and Adam the performer..almost two separate entities sometimes..and both just wonderful. Thanks for putting these up..A great way to perk up my dark and rainy Seattle afternoon!!

Re glitzylady's "it reminds me that so much of what he can do is still untapped..." I agree, and I can't wait to be a backseat observer for the whole damn ride!

Seeing these vids again was fun, thanks. Love to hear comments from people who are just discovering certain material for the first time - like Brownie at 11:40am (and btw Brownie, yes - he can :)). Like your posts Brownie.

At Chezza - just jumping on tonight, maybe you've addressed this, but hope your Dad (and family) is doing well this night.

FYI: There are (at least) 3 more parts of this same "series" in YT!
Performing at Upright Cabaret Adam's wearing a T-shirt with a glittery picture of David Bowie on it - 2morow/2day = Jan 8 is David Bowie's 64th birthday, Congrats!!

Adam said in his final GN performance that the producers of the Zodiac show used to fuss at him about the make up and glitter. Bet they don't complain now that he has brought some pretty cool attention to their show. It's all pieces of the crazy quilt that makes up this fascinating guy. Love the vids - tantalizing little bits of what was to come and I bet the people who witnessed him in person at that time are now saying - uh huh! That's right! We knew it! He is GREAT!!!

The Zodiac Show producers NEVER fussed at him for wearing glitter....did you see any of the other people around him while he sings Crawl Through Fire? Adam was talking about the people at Wicked and The Ten Commandments. Silly you!!!

I don't think it was the producers of the Zodiak show that took exception to the glam, but the rehearsals for Wicked that he was doing at the same time.I think Lee and Scarlett Cherry produce the Zodiac Show and he went all out with the glitter and self expression while playing there. funbunn40

@Colorforadam,
it did come across a bit like that in his little speech, but he definitely meant his 'job' before The Zodiac show. The Zodiac show was his first job that allowed him to be himself. He mentioned it on an old interview, but cannot remember when or where I saw it.

Interesting but Citizen Vein doesn't really show case his voice. It's good but in that style of music the guitars are equal and drown out the voice we have all come to love.

"Crazy" makes you crazy...when you see how good he can dance (wow) and sing back then! It's great to see shades of GNT in that and Zodiac.

All of that talent was always there just waiting to be discovered when his destiny met AI.

Man, oh man! Amazing blasts from the past - agree with many of the posts, especially the one above me about Citizen Vein drowning his voice out (didn't know such a thing was possible!). Very guitar-heavy.

And "Crazy"!!! What the hell?? I'd only ever seen stills from this - what's with all the foxy chicks?? Am laughing so hard! And Adam's dance moves - amazing!!! Loved the whole production, even though I was cracking up at the same time.

"Crawl Through Fire" was another one I'd never seen in it's entirety (for some reason), although seeing Adam shirtless almost made me forget to listen to the music. But I agree with whoever posted above, that Adam has certainly fine-tuned his voice the older he gets. CTF sounded kind of aimless to me, although I think the whole point of it was the sheer spectacle - and what a spectacle it was! So much fun to watch!
