"This Teen Mom show on MTV is so depressing. I know it's "real life" but shouldn't there be programming that inspires kids to shoot higher?"

"I'm not saying that all teen moms are white trash. Don't misunderstand. Yet, most of the ones on that show seem to be. I do, however, think they're are being exploited a bit." -Adam Lambert

I really feel most of today's TV programming is crap. Seems like we have the technology for more chanels but no creativity to come up with something interesting. Maybe we should start by teaching the arts in schools...

Which facebook page is this on? Maybe we could call them out and pass along Adam'd denial.funbunn40

What Adam is mainly stating & concerned about is there are just not many quality family shows or shows that actually inspires you to make you wanna strive to be your best. *go big or go home* ♥♥♥

This is the reason why I never wanna subscribe or be a part of any social networking cuz there will always be a glitch & your personal infos are out there & you have no control over it anymore‼ But I did it only for Adam & exclusively for Adam‼ :)) ♦I♥Adah♦

I do hope he doesn't let them over produce his new work. Seeing Adam sing LIVE songs from FYE was a thrill as was hearing the EP. While I loved the FYE CD--I did feel, that the mixers/producers could have pulled back the music and brought his amazing one-of-a-kind Voice forward. :)

Adam is so damn right, with all this technology and new product, kids still getting pregnant. They need to understand the consequences and some part of the society just going backwards.

It amazes me that the parents of these teenagers would sign off on their children being manipulated to look so trashy. Sad.

I think you can report fake facebook pages to be removed by facebook. I remember I did report some harmful fb pages a long time ago. Because of cyber bullying fb made certain that once it's reported they will be removed right away. If someone knows of these profiles post it, if I see it I'll find out how to report it.

About the programming, Adam Lambert is correct!

I can't find the fake fb, but I would like to find it too. It is probably been put up by fans who want to get attention. Attention seekers and the sex addicted women are the worst part of the fandom. Saw the tackiest comment ever on twitter yesterday. Even haters don't make such mocking comments like that woman did. It was about Adams early sex life.

MTV is making millions off these trash shows, and they wouldn't if people weren't watching them. What does that say about things???

So this honest and oh so true remark made some of Adam's Twitter followers cease following him. Some people are soooooooooo precious!

This Teen Mom show is depressing, but perhaps it should be used in schools and shown in classes to pre-teens and teens about the issues dealing with pregnancy and the birth of the baby. In real life the teen mother is not going to be paid to have her every movement filmed for a tv program; her life will never be the same and everything she does or wants to do will be affected by this baby. Not everyone is a Bristol Palin who has her parents, siblings and other family members to help her out or go on a dancing show to earn a substantial amount of money to buy a house and support her son. Our young people do need to aim higher and to experience all that life has to offer before becoming a parent and the responsilities it brings for at least the next 18 years of the life of that child.

Is this the show where the teen momm beat up the dad? If so, she was charged with domestic violence in front of a minor. She had no remorse and said if it wasn't filmed, she wouldn't have been in trouble. Jersey Shore is another show that isn't too inspiring for young people to strive higher. It glorifies and financially rewards rude, narcisstic behavior. Still there is an audience for these Jerry Springer type shows and they will always be there as long as there is a demand and people enjoy seeing trainwrecks. Have to agree with Adam on this one.
