This seems a good thread to ask a question I've been wondering about since Moscow....and now Quebec. Do you prefer seeing Adam without dancers on stage with him? If he is going to have a rock star label shouldn't he be the show? Free to instigate every move he makes as the spirit moves him as most star rockers do?
I liked Adam's dancers, but would have preferred them as a warm up act before Adam's arrival on stage instead of with him on stage. This is just something I'm curious about after enjoying the Moscow and Quebec performances so much.What do you th

I really liked the dancers, and loved it when Adan was in synch with them, but I love it even more when he's free to adlib and move as and when the music takes him.

Adam said the dancers keep the energy up on stage in the uptempo moments when its hard to sing and dance.
I like a bit of each.

I liked the dancers and felt they became part of the Glamily very quickly. I especially liked the interaction between Adam and Brooke during the If I Had You dancer intro.

Have any of you noticed that there didn't seem to be anyone taking Cam's place in Quebec? There at least was no intro for anyone on keyboards...weird.

Adam is just so brilliant - with the voice of a chorus of angels. I love the dancers because Adam loves them. And, also, I love when Adam dances along. Adam is a great dancer as well. There's nothing our boy doesn't do great!

Cam has been and still is on tour with her band.

What rocker has dancers? Except on a video maybe.

IIHY, FYE, WWFM (original version), SFW and TCB are my favourite songs live. I'd love the original Aftermath as well, I'm sure of it. I don't care about Fever and starting to get bored with WLL too. I don't like Purple Haze at all. I heard Monte played few notes of Smoke on the Water. That would have been better choice. Black Night even better. The only psychedelic song I've ever liked is Cream's Sunshine of Your Love. That could suit Adam's voice.

I hope he later starts singing Master Plan and Time for Miracles too. I don't get it, why he hasn't performed them already. So many good songs in the FYE album, it's almost like Greatest Hits. Usually there are 2 -3 songs I really like in the albums.

My post disappeared!!darn.I said I did love to see Adam dancing on the stage w/o any dancers,& still singing great.( but for a tour,it would wear him out,night after night..& that's bad)also if he needs to change clothes for any reason,he'd need the dancers with the band.I like Adam's tight jeans better that he wore in Russia,but I'm sure he was more comfy with the looser pants in Canada.Adam will have to decide what he wants for the next show( with or w/o the dancers)I like it either way,I guess.

I respect Adam's choice to position himself as a "pop" artist. I think it gives him more latitude as a performer. He definitely has a strong rock underpinning to most of his music, which is great. But I also love the fact that, under the pop umbrella, we get to see the broadest range of performance (and fashion) choices from him.

I love Adam in rock star mode, free to prowl the stage and be spontaneous in his performance choices. Yet I also love the choreographed numbers with the dancers - Strut and Fever were such show-stoppers during the GNT. The fact that Adam can perform (and loves to perform) in such a broad range of styles makes him all the more entertaining.

Bottom line for me: Adam is amazing because he is fabulous both musically and visually. I don't want him tied down by any label or genre that would limit his performance choices. He has a wonderfully creative mind, and I want to both hear and see his artistic vision in all its theatrical glory!!!

I noticed the dancers and Cam missing right away, and kind of missed them... As stated already they were a huge part of IIHY & Strut.. loved the intro to Sleepwalker. Noticed WHILE missing them that my total focus was on Adam... hell that cant be bad =). So I guess my answer is -- both. Miss & don't miss. Arent they all busy now? Sasha on SYTYCD...etc.

LOVE - LOVE - love the BIG background graphics! Awesome touch, and so suiting for this larger than life singing God with the voice of an angel. The backgrounds & graphics he put together for the tour were great... but look at the difference with the FULL backdrop... suits his status as emerging SUPERSTAR perfectly =)

CAN'T even WAIT for this new album!!!! It's the 3rd most anticipated??? Lets make it the MOST!!!! Hope this is the MASTERPIECE that showcases & shows the WORLD his incredibe talent that puts him in the stratesphere where he belongs... just as long as he can always reach us.
