I think Adam and Katy Perry had a private contest to see who could wear the most outlandish shoes. Imo, Adam won because Katy's shoes were looking really cute by the end of the EMA's.
I REMEMBER when ELVIS wore the same kind of Blue Suede shoes back in the '50s & I danced my tush off to the song!! Guess that kinda 'dates' me huh? Well .. in my youth I was a real 'rebel'!! THANX!! ADAM!! for re-kindling those Wonderful memories for me!!
I kind of like those blue suede shoes. They are so unique and once again gets people talking about Adam Lambert. I was a fan of Elvis in his blue suede shoes days and now all these decades later I have become a fan of Adam and his blue suede shoes. Two performers, different eras, different music, different social environments...yet so alike too in certain ways. (I'll let you think about that and figure it out.) One has become a rock 'n roll legend and icon and I think Adam Lambert is on his journey to reaching that same status in the future.
ADAM LAMBERT-FREDDIE MERCURY AND ELVIS PRESLEY-ALSO MICHAEL JACKSON SAME ANIMAL CHINSESE ZODIAC SIGH-SURPISED?GOOD VOICE-GIFTED.HAS SIMILARITY.SAME PEROSNALTIY.(BIRHTYEAR SIGN)(PHSYHIC LADY COMMENT.
Wonder how many fans dont realize that the tweet was one famous line from Elvis' Blue Suede Shoes song? Actually hope a lot of them since that means they are very young!
The 50's blue suede shoes were not glow in the dark blue. They were a navy blue suede and navy suede bomber jackets were popular at the same time. Very nice for snuggling on chilly nights, as I recall...if you liked the smell of leather!

I think Adam says he wears 11 1/2. Doing a little Elvis channeling, I think.

BTW Blue Suede Shoes was never a chart hit for Elvis. It was for the country artist who wrote it, Carl Perkins.
