I recognize the photo from your description on another thread. You are right. A style from the
50's or maybe early 60's. I remembr that living room, even color scheme. Orange and avocoda everywhere! We had an orange shag rug and every kitchen appliance was a gross avacodo. It'll be fun to see if we guessed even close. But why would the video be "dated"
it's like a mystery.

I wish Adam still had his iTunes banner for Better Than I Know Myself after all the promo performance he did in past 3 days. It could've helped his song to move up the top 10. But I guess it was that bad cause it was off 1000 chart and from these two performance moved to 81. We will find out next week how many BTIKM was sold. Tomorrow Seacrest will interview him. That's another bump for the week.

So I found out from my local radio station KEZR 106.5 that they interviewed Adam today and will be posting the interview soon! He was freakin 5 miles away from me! Hey Adam, just come on over, stay at my place tonight and we will go together to San Francisco and have a nice chat for the hour trip, okay buddy?

10:34pm: BTIKM icon is on the front page of iTunes Pop section, in the New and Noteworthy. You do need to scroll to the right, at least on my small computer screen. But that's better than nothing! It will be exciting to see the sales figures for BTIKM next week, as well as radio play.

Well, I am guessing Adam will be calling Ryan from here in the Bay Area since he will need to be at my Meet n Greet at about 8am tomorrow morning. He is one busy guy!

He was at Google and 106.5 today (106.5 confirmed on my facebook).
Tomorrow he is at 99.7 and 97.3 for interviews and meet n greets. And that is only what we have heard about so far!

This is all great promo and next week I think his spins will surely increase. That will lead to more downloads from itunes. Keep staring at Adam in this video pic, so gorgeous. This must be his light side. So anxious to see the video!

@10:42PM I don't see it on my computer but I clicked on see all link next to New and Noteworthy and it's a third icon on sixth row. But I still miss his Banner. It warmth my heart every time I checked things out on iTunes and saw Adam's banner. I believe it was rolling on iTunes for four weeks if I'm not mistaken.

I hope soon that all the interviewers will stop already about the the Finland "insident"...I heard about the first minute of Adam talking to Ryan Seacrest...then other songs played..& TONS of commercials..Ryan did say that Adam's Tresspassing was the most anticipated new album of 2012 by the votes they received..(very good)& that he was surprised that BB had so many 70 yo fans..& Adam said he loved them all & all ages of his fans.That's about it..If I missed anything,anybody,post it please..really a pretty short interview.I guess it can be heard again later today sometime.

'50s seems to suggest something. This look gives a Japanese feel, maybe inspired by the recent Japanese photo shoot. Maybe they want him to star as a samurai. Remember he did the ninja roll on top a platform and survived it! LOL. :)

Well my take is Adam's new management team is trying to set up Adam's promo with stations that played WWFM or IIHY a lot. KIIS FM didn't play Adam's songs from his last album. That's why Adam's interview with Ryan was very short. Why bother. Adam has a smart business mind. No big deal!

I listened to 99.7 radio station in San Francisco and promo for this station was great. daydreamin said she won the contest for this radio station. So we'll get some scoop from her.

When is the MV coming out? sooo excited :D

Just listened to the Seacrest interview. Very good! Those two like each other. Once again, Adamm handled "the incident" with maturity and honesty. Hope this topic goes away soon with the debut of Trespassing.

I listened to both San Francisco radio interviews: both were good, especially the 997.now interview..Lots of goodies..for instance, he mentioned he "may" be doing some things with Queen later this year...hmmmm Olympics?????? And so much more....

Adam's radio promo is heavy in Northern California. As I said before he is meeting up with DJs who played WWFM a lot. I noticed Ryan at the end of his interviewed said to Adam "see you soon, bro". So Adam might meet up with KIIS again if BTIKM does well.

I s it possible that Adam is getting even better looking? My goodness but, he does look GOOD! I love the new look, (but I loved the "Glam" look too) He can do no wrong! The video should be great--just hope it gets lots of air play on VH1 and other music channels. I see Lady Gaga all the time (why not Adam?)

I think the twist in the video is its retro period, rather than the modernity the song presently conjures in our minds. Hearkening back to an "innocent" time makes for a more singular, distinctive take on the song. Adam's innocent yet beguiling look depicts the dichotomy in our recollection of moments past: joyous or melancholy, bitter or sweet, it's all on how we want to remember it.
In this still, Adam's gaze entrances, so you want to approach, but not wanting to disturb him at what seems a creative moment, you instead capture him in an image to treasure the rest of your days. atm

Love your comment! Since that "time" was my time I am especially intrigued. I wrote out the lyrics to BTIKM and have studied them to try to search out some connection to YESTERDAY! I love a puzzle to ponder.

I agree with CT. This pic has a much more WWFM feel to it. And we all know that did much better than FYE and IIHY combined. I believe that is because WWFM showed him less Glam and more down to earth, therefore more relatable (sp)and easier to sell to the stick-up-their-ass Americans. (and yes, I am America sorry to say). I enjoyed the Glam look, but I have to say that I am glad that he is growing and changing, getting more real and less camp. Can't wait for the vid and my album to get here!
