“There are songs on the album about me rebelling against society and saying ‘f*** you, I’ll do what I want’.

Oops, Adam is warning of some sparks and fireworks arising from his Trespassing album. So far, I love all the songs that have been released, very entertaining indeed! Maybe second time round, the fireworks will even be more brilliant and hopefully more accepting. Not to worry, Adam, all sorts of WorldBerts and LocalBerts are right behind you. :)

Adam dear

Sometimes you just tell too much. We don't need to know EVERYTHING!

Hey let 'middle America' hang on to the passed because outside there's one big wide world that doesn't live in the Dark Ages!

Adam's album is going to be so interesting and crazy good! OT Charity Water is going kind of slow this year. Please donate if you haven't and if you have pass the info along to friends so they can donate.

Unreal. I was getting a little worried about the tea drinking Lambert, but no longer. Cannot
wait for the album.

The glitter might have gone on hold but it still flows through those Adam veins. Yahhhhhhhhhhhh

Anonymous said...

Glad to see the glitter leave Adam just as it takes over the fashion industry. Can you find anything with sequins, stones, etc.? I love that Adam evolves in a very profound way in terms of music, style and presentation. So much more interesting to his fans than a one
dimensional artist. Here's to the Breaking Dawn of Adam's second album and the concert that hopefully accompanies. A couple of interludes with Queen would be nice as well.

I agree with 9:01. Adam is way too open in the interviews. We don't need know THAT much. And if you add Saulis blog, with details on their dieting and exercising habits, there is soon nothing left for the imagination.

Adam, you don´t have to explain everything and have a complete answer to all. We love you anyway! : )

Tresspassing is a pretty feisty song, if you listen to the lyrics -could be a protest song. That might shake some people up if they get the thrust of the words. What is the Occupy movement doing but Trespassing....and it's an election year.

Not to mention, the cruising song which will bring out the usual cast of religious denouncers, and Cuckoo, which probably celebrates the wild side. And all sung in an amazing voice to amazing music.

Bring it on! As someone on this thread has already said: we'll be right behind him.

Anonymous said...

9:01 You have to remember that most people will only hear one or two of Adam's interviews and know very little about the band or the boyfriend.

In the context of the crusing song he probably wants to reinforce that he's not the guy in the song and he's not necessarily celebrating risky behaviour; just entering a state of mind and capturing the feel of it. Ergo, the reference to his personal stability.

Happy Birthday daydreamin. You have a special birthday same as my granddaughter! Super Bowl Sunday! Go Pats! Enjoy your day.

I agree sometimes Adam does say too much but his talkative side is one of the things we love about him. I hope this second album introduces the rest of the world to the genius of Adam and sends it to the Adamsphere.

Happy Birthday Tiny G!

Adam is a talker and he'll say whatever is on his mind. He wants this album to sound provacative and sexy, which we all assume it will be. Sometimes he takes it a step beyond what is necessary, but that's Adam. He loves to stir the pot.

In the music business I don't think there has been a performer more analyzed, criticized, scrutinized or idolized more than Adam Lambert(except for Gaga perhaps)in the last several years. I agree that sometimes he does tell us too much, more than we are entitled to, but that is Adam. He is just so honest, straightforwrd and willing to tell it all to get at the truth. There are times I think I know more about Adam Lambert from reading these blogs and the interviews he gives than I know about some of my own friends and family. I can't wait for TRESPASSING to be released to listen to all of the songs on it. I am sure it will stir up lots of comments both positive and negative, good and bad. But that is Adam, coming out with fireworks and brilliance in his approach to this second album. I think his devoted fans will be right there with him and hopefully he will gain some new ones. The haters will still feel the same without even listening to the music and the voice. Overall, 2012 should be Adam's year with the success and fame he so deserves.

Adam is honest and open to a fault and sometimes this comes back to bite him. But this is the way he is and always will be. I'm a fan for the long haul in any case. The new CD sounds like it doesn't have a clunker in the bunch. The reviews have been positive and strong. Not even a tepid one. This CD could REALLY move him up. Love how the video is doing! The view numbers are hugs! I can't even count how many times I've watched BTIKM. I've downloaded, pre-ordered, listened, requested and viewed. Can't we wait another six weeks or so? I'm about to burst! Love when I see him included in articles with the top music stars.

Adam's filter has been working overload, so this last blip is just because of that, I imagine. Just the same, Adam is Adam, and we take him just the way he is, gorgeously talented and unpredictable. atm

@Bing - thank you for your shout-out earlier, you are always so considerate and thoughtful!

A quiet day in 24/7 Paradise, probably due to Super Bowl and other Sunday activities. Just watched Madonna during the half time show and earlier Kelly Clarkson singing the US national anthem. She has a strong, beautiful voice.
