Nile looks great, he sure doesn't rest much. I heard he was going to be in La and they were trying to spend some time together, glad it worked out.

I don't think Nile being in town was work related to Adam in any way.

Lol well it's a fact Nile was working with avicii on his new album and someone tweeted adam was in the studio killing it with Nile and avicii, so hopefully a track featuring adam is being recorded

@11:23 I read that also. i think Adam's going to be in the studio working hard on his next album. Glad he is doing something with Nile's again. I really hope he works with Max Martin who wrote WWFM with Pink and he works with Pink a lot. I think Adam's voice fits great with songs that Pink puts out.Isn't Avicci very pop electronic,I know they did the music to Gotta good Feeling with Flo Rida.

I couldn't agree with you more. I love Pink and her music. I would love to see Adam release some music in that direction, or even Pink and Adam, could you imagine their voices together, chilling..

Just the fact that Adam is meeting up with Nile in any capacity is a good sign. Nile really likes Adam a lot. Hope it is about recording new music together. I agree that Adam should work with Pink again, too. Their sounds mesh so well together. And what a duet THAT would be--Adam and Pink!

I'll say once again that I don't think Adam will take as long as he did with TP to come out with this next album. I hope we see it by the end of the year, or in time to be eligible for a Grammy. Wishful thinking!! Adam looks so fabulous and happy and full of enthusiasm. I also watch my Queenbert Kiev DVD pretty regularly. What a fantastic, historical performance! That's another collab that has to repeat itself!

Even though Adam worked with some great people on Trespassing, for whatever the reasons, the album and its singles just didn't gain the success it should have. It received critical acclaim from many reviewers upon its release, but look what happened(or didn't happen) with it. The videos for the two singles were very creative and thought provoking, better than most of the garbage we see being shown on those music channels, and once again nothing major happened with them or the song. I realize my comments seem negative or even harsh, but they are not meant to be. I am a fan of Adam and his music and just wonder what he has to do in today's music world to produce a successful third album with singles that will get radio play across the country. Adam is so talented and works so hard to give us the best in music that whatever the direction this new album takes, I hope it brings him the recognition and success he so deserves in today's music scene that is filled with untalented, mediocre, crass performers. And, yes, I would love to see him do a collabo with Pink. I think it would be great.

I certainly hope he has very good success with this one in America. Fortunately Trespassing did do well abroad and in Asia and Adam is an international star. Most from idol successes are only America, period and a lot no success much much in music business at all. Adam has done very well over all with success in several area's He fortunately has had good success with both albums abroad not to mention the voice china and now Idol and many successes in Asia and abroad. His popularity abroad will keep him in the game for good stead and I do hope alb does well here too! He got two album experiences studio albums he done more than two, behind him I think he learning what works and I think he may heave some good things and good combinations coming up!! Sue

I absolutely utterly love Pink... but I have to say that I truly do believe Trespassing was a better album than Pink's current "The Truth About Love", Track for Track I think Trespassing is better in the Pop genre or Pop/crossover genre. Oh Well, maybe Adam's PTB can get singles played on the radio on #3; BTIKM was truly incredibly Pop and Top 40 friendly!! Trying not to be bitter :), doing my own thing in my own little corner of the world to promote Adam's music and talent. :)

Lol adam doesn't have a contract to work on a new album. Do any of you people pay the slightest attention to the things he says. Maybe Nile got his a guest spot on the album he is working on. That would be great but avicii didn't mention adam, only Nile,so who knows.

Avicci is coming out with an album this summer,they do music not vocals so maybe Adam will sing on their album. Why not get the best voice in the world and use Nile to add guitar. It could also be for Adam's album but any collaboration is good,but my favorite would be with Pink. And yes I agree Trespassing is a superb album that didn't get the chance it should have,hopefully three is the charm!

Lol go to hell, Adam has said he is doing a new album. What part if new recording coming don't you understand? He has said he knows what direction it going in. He has stated he got the blue print out working it out he trying to get something that's works world wide. fayI and trespassing did very well abroad, FTI did ok here he trying gets something works for all. Adam had good success with both albums abroad and with FYI he had hits here and did good here. His success abroad on trespassing why he is making new album here! You down everything Adam does! He has good success abroad according to you he does everything for free. In total the man in total abroad for all he done has sold quite a bit. I think Adam has some songs left over from his last album. I don't know if he still has access to them because he recorded them with 19R though and they might belong to them.Way too complicated for me. I love the song he did with Nikka Costa.

Pretty sure he starting fresh, Adam does know and he said new recordings coming! Just about a month ago on a tweet. Don't worry about it something fresh is coming in the future, new music is coming. He may end up on someone else's album too why not! Something was up here with Nile I feel it.

Glitzylady, you were pretty transparent that you knew you were replying to a troll. Didn't you recently post that you don't reply to them but it wouldn't work anyways? Gee, I wonder why it doesn't work. How many of us here have to beg to ignore the trolls before you might support us?

@4:05 PM, I just don't understand your hostility and anger over a tweet that certainly didn't put Adam down or said anything that I found disrespectful or objectionable, just their personal thought that has every right to be expressed without being insulted, attacked or being accused of not being a fan. I don't think it is your or anyone's place to judge or bully over a comment that you may not agree with or blow it all out of proportion. This site is for everyone to share thoughts about Adam or people that are connected to him. There's no need to swear at someone or take out your frustrations on someone else. I hope you can feel better about whatever is causing you to lose control over your anger. This site that was so positive and friendly sure has it's ugly, mean moments that are so unecessary.

Accusing Glitzylady of feeding a troll is also unecessary, as not everyone is a troll that has an opinion that might not coincide with yours. This pouncing and name calling is really petty and some people like to argue for the sake of arguing, much like middle and high school. Adam would be scratchng his head, not applauding. Can we just stop the petty bickering and enjoy Adamland once again?

Sending my positive energy to Nile Rodgers that is battling cancer and still making sweet music to give us all pleasure. He respects Adam's talent and likes him a lot. I hope they will collaborate on another album and whether that's what is occurring now or not, it's great that they had this time to reconnect, no matter what the occasion. Nile is a beautiful example of courage and positive energy to live his life fully each day with hope and good will. I love Shady!

funbunn, do you really think the comment at 8:35 was not a troll? Four other people went on to make comments to the effect that it was a troll. Just because 8:35 and Glitzylady like to argue like high schoolers means the rest of us have to put up with it? There is a difference between making a reasonable and polite statement others may disagree with and then making a blatantly obvious comment to stir up trouble, and the latter is a troll comment.

Don't say " .... does it take a brick in a wall to fall on you ....." 2 teenagers in Australia died recently when a brick wall collapsed on them and many others were injured.

There's a lot of petty, unnecessary squabbling on this blog. People are entitled to post their opinions without being screamed at from a great height which often happens here.

Pink - yes, Adam collaborating with her would be very interesting. The mash-up of WWFM was great - their voices really complemented each other.

I, like so many others who have been here for several years, am going to take a break from 24/7. This is nuts. I suspect my response to someone telling me I can't respond to any particular comment, as has happened here, (yet again), would be similar to what Adam said at The Music Box theater in Dec. 2010, when he introduced "A Change Is Gonna Come".

I'm a rational, nice person in real life. With a great love for Adam and his talent, and for him as a lovely human being. I'm tired of being beat up here. Over nothing.

Not sure when the thread police re "trolls" took over, but I didn't agree to anything about not responding to them etc. I recognize a troll when I see one. I'm not stupid. There are actually very few trolls here in my opinion. Mostly just people with differing opinions. And a few nasties. My comment above when I posted the tweet was actually supposed to be just a bit silly. And informative. And exciting news about Adam recording new music. Apparently the intent was pretty much lost in the shuffle.

The fun of this blog has been slowly reduced to a bunch of people constantly arguing about practically nothing. Not everyone does this, but seemingly more and more are jumping on the grumpiness bandwagon. I commented the other day about having respect for each other here. I still adhere to that idea. But the anonymity of the internet seems to make that hard for some.

Its supposed to be about Adam and his music, and the joy he has brought us over the years. Guess not.
