Adam didn't say this. It's part of their new advertising campaign. They also have ads with Neil Patrick Harris and Chris Colfer with sayings that are not quotes.

Anyway, talking with my 18 year old niece and within the course of two months she's gone from accepting gays (she's a Christian) to telling me last Friday she feels gay marriage is todays civil rights issue. Love this girl! What a complete change on this subject from a year ago. Goes to show you what bullying from a favorite aunt can do.

19. But we do enjoy our many conversations on religion (I am a devotee of Paramahansa Yogananda - of "Autobiography of a Yogi" fame)and social/political issues. Like those of you that have youngsters around, I've found that if you listen to and respect where they're at, they are much more likely to mull over what you share without feeling threatened.

I've been a writing fool lately! Having my own business affords me the freedom to write when I want. Poor you guys, my internet friends. I ramble on and it's probably going to happen again.

I just remembered that I got into trouble stating that I have Christians in the family and was surprised by some reactions to the gay thing. Yes, I know there are very conservative, liberal, and everything in-between Christians. Please, no offense to anyone intended.

I just realized that it's now no big deal if Adam Lambert doesn't get the AI gig. With the Avicii/NileRodgers collaboration on the former's TRUE album, Adam is becoming an even bigger and, if that's even possible, a more respected worldwide singer and performer. He is more and more being referred to by his name, by star Adam Lambert, by glam-rock star Adam Lambert, etc.. Less and less associated with that show. If AI decides to sign him on, great, but if not, no problem anymore.

@7:41 I agree with you about AI,with his song on Avicci's new album that is huge!Singing with Queen at iheart radio concert,huge and a role on Glee.Adam is gaining more respect and when he finally does have his next album out I hope that will influence radio to play his music. Also get him singing on award shows too. I am anxious to hear which record label signs Adam. RCA is going to lose out big time,but they messed up with the Trespassing era.

@ xo laura.......JAK here........I think many of us have or have had a favorite aunt, it's a special relationship. I know my aunt enriched my life in every way, she was part girlfriend and part extra Mom. It's an important job!

I always felt Lambert had a bi-swing in his yard somewhere.

NOT all conservatives support gay rights. NOT all liberals support gay rights. NOT all the I don't give a shitters support gay rights either. Why make it a gay thing and make it a love thing. The world is into labeling and fickleness can change so many attitudes.

And the crays have been let out of their cages this morning.

Being a Southern Bumpkin, I have never really cared which way the pole swings. I think sexuality in general has become to open and there is no mystery anymore. When a person talks sexuality 24/7 it can become a boring topic. What goes on behind closed doors is the business of the ones partaking in the act. The media force feeds it down the throats of people who could really care less one way or another. Hunger is a more serious topic that never gets discussed on local television. Being sexy is great, but there are lines that need to be drawn.

sexuality is a heated topic when it is confronted. Why flaunt straightness or gayness. U aint gettin' it anyway! Sexuality doesn't make the man or woman. Sex is becoming overrated in America. Porn is a billion dollar business and gets more attention than it should. Education is suffering because of the government. Get youth off the streets and into a classroom.
