It's really not fair to Elvis to compare his looks to our
Astonishing Adam.

Was a big fan of Elvis and when I saw this picture of Adam that's the first thing that came to my mind.

Or any great looking guy in a suit.

Wow, that's quite a side-by-side comparison! Adam really does look like Elvis alive again. Crazy!

I thought that Adam sounded a little like Elvis in the Iheart festival when he went into his lower register on "Crazy Little Thing Called Love." I would love to hear him do an Elvis song.

Adam can get his voice down lower and sound like Elvis. I love when he does that. Elvis had a much deeper voice. I would love to see Adam actually do an Elvis song as Elvis, just for fun, like on SNL or something. He would really nail it!

Two of my favorite performers from then and now, and it's kind of ironic that both had blondish hair in their youth and then both colored it black. Elvis looked great in that black leather outfit he wore for the performance on a small square stage withthe audience surrounding him and Adam always looks amazing in leather pants or jacket too. I also would like to hear Adam sing an Elvis song alhough I don't know which one. I've seen a parallel black and white profile comparison picture of Elvis and Adam when Adam was appearing at the Borgata in AC and they could have been siblings. Overall though, Adam does have the better voice.

There are a number of reasons that Adam hasn't blown up on the charts like Elvis did. If you have been an Adam fan the last 4 years and have kept up with all the articles written on that subject, you know the reasons. If not, just google some of the background articles on Adam and you will find all the reasons you want. Hopefully with his appearances on Glee and a forthcoming third album, he will be better appreciated and recognized for his amazing vocal talents.

Never a fan of Elvis ever.

I was and am a fan of Elvis. He had a natural singing voice that was like warm honey, he always retained a slight Mississippi/Tennessee accent. He was a gospel and country music singer....He could and did rock, but oh, those ballads!!

Adam has a God given and well trained voice, he's exceptional, bombastic and just about every other
fantastic superlative adjective in the music realm
you can think of. His voice can send shivers down your spine or break your heart. He too can deliver a ballad to you on a silver platter.

They are not alike .... don't compare them! Enjoy them. Let each of them shine in their own galaxy.....because they are both stars!...........JAK

P.S. I'd be interested to know if any of you had seen Elvis in person? Other than the black hair they both preferred to their natural color and general sameness of size........I remember every detail of Elvis's face sitting knee to knee and he looked nothing like Adam. Elvis had droopy eyes, a small mouth and a surgically enhanced nose! Yes I have seen photos with a slight resemblance, but in person not so much.....anybody?......JAK
