I wonder who the hair stylist was who started the shaved sidewalls for men fad. I miss hair! Long glorious hair. In fact...Bring back the 70's. I'm feeling nostalgic.

I want to see Adam with shoulder length locks. I want to see him onstage in faded jeans and a tie dyed shirt, belting out a rock song with a wild mane of thick hair whipping around his face.

Sorry....I just got thru watching my dvd of HAIR....I'm still under the spell....I'll be okay.....JAK

@JAK I always thought Adam would look fantastic with long hair. But I'm not sure we could handle the sexiness. ;)

@ 7:58...JAK here.....I think I'd be okay.....I survived the late 70's and early 80's with 2 daughters who dated guys in long hair rock bands. I was frequently cooking breakfast for the whole band at 3:00 am after the clubs closed. At dawn there would be a living room full of young male bodies, sleeping peacefully. I was prime cougar age then, but never felt tempted.

Well....there was Greg, he looked like a 20 year old Burt Lancaster with waist length blonde curls! I painted his portrait. His mother was very grateful. He's now our tax accountant!

Not a fan of long hair on men including Adam. I know full well that men had long hair in the '70s but not many men. Furthermore, I don't think there's anything sexy about long hair on men, and Adam certainly doesn't need long hair for him to be sexy. The length he wears his hair is fine!!

@JAK, I'm with you, still loving men with long hair! Have loved them 'throughout the ages', in music, in films and in real life. Sometimes so envious of a man with thick well groomed long hair...

Don't know where you live, but during the 70's most young men (in the western world at least) had long or longish hair...

JAK here....it's fun to look thru family albums and watch hairstyles change from wedding photo to photo. In the 30's my dad had Adam's present look...Army cut. In the 50's my husband had same cut...Air Force. In the 60's my brother had the huge hideous Elvis sideburns. In the 80's my son in law had long curly Brian May style below the shoulder hair. And the women, oh my gosh!
