He must put the tour first for now. He has been working on his album this year, but now that must be put on hold, as he prepares for the biggest tour of his career. After the tour, he can then resume working on his album. That only makes sense.

how do we know "he has no record label"??? I seriously doubt that the likes of Max Martin would have been working with him unless there are definitive plans on record distribution...

However he does it, he'll get an album out. There are some here who are so incredibly sure of themselves about the "no label" thing. Adam's got more knowledge about how to get an album out than any of us do.

Anyone posting on any blog (including me) can only speculate on an artist's projects. Nobody knows for sure an artist's career path or vision. Keep us guessing Adam, we love it (well most of us anyway)!!

Well I don't think he will get an album out this year. The most would be a single in the fall.

No one posting here should say that they know for sure about Adam's label situation, because NONE of us DOES know for sure. Please stop saying you know when you really don't.

Adam is public celeb. His business isn't a public entity like Apple, Facebook, McDonald, etc. He isn't obligated to tell everything about his business or private life or finances to the public. From articles, pictures, or likes to infer that one knows everything about Adam is insane and creepy.

12:06pm when Adam recorded WWFM and IIHY with Max Martin on his first album FYE we didn't know he was in studio with MM back then. We found out later after release of his first album that Adam recorded two songs with MM.

Why don't you put all of your comments in one post; you are not fooling anyone anyway. Apparently, you are now working for Adam's Management team; since you know all about his music business activities; whether he has a label or not, whether he is paying for it himself. Also, you are so certain that he is not working with Max Martin; when there was a whole Newspaper write up about the whole process of him working with Max Martin and the writer that Max was bringing in to work with Adam. But, of course if you were truly a fan; you would know this. So what if he sold a 200 copies; his Album was still number one on Billboard charts that period; so he sold more than anyone else! Seems as though you are just here to tear Adam down, not a fan at all. I believe what Adam says over you any day.

I don't know if your negative self is a male or female, does not matter; but I do know you are very negative towards Adam and his career. Adam is doing just fine. Whether he puts out an album today, tomorrow or next year; his loyal fans will be here; and he obtaining more every day. Meanwhile, his concert with Queen will gain him many more fans to enjoy this one in a billion voice; as Brian and Roger has called it. He can and will work at his own time table; not the likes of yours!

Also, the comment that you made about Adam's fans not having common sense if we believe in his career being on the right path; one thing to say to you about that, and it is this: "If common sense was so common, then why don't you have any"!!!!

I think the topic of this site, is that Adam is not putting Queen tour above working on his album. That is a bit old news. We know he went to Sweden to work on his album, and came back and has been working in studio. Now a hold on the album, while he rehearses for the tour. Everything in its time and in order. No need to flail about whether he has a label or not. He might go indie, when he gets paid from his Queen tour, if he does not already have a label by then.

I am so very proud of Adam; no words. I really do miss him on Glee though, tried to watch it without him; I really tried. A few minutes in and I missed him already. Will return to watching if he comes on again. Adam is just so talented; he has so much to give us. Will be at the Queen concert; and I listen to his voice everytime I get in my car.

This man has me so spoiled, I am addicted to his music only. Sorry, can't help myself; he is just that darn good!

This doesn't seem to be news at all (due to the lack of recent quotes) other than re-wording of info that Adam gave during the GMA Queenbert announcement. He made it clear back then that Queen and his solo career are two "side by side projects". The fact that the source picked a very old photo tells me that they are not totally on top of Adam news.

I'm sure Adam has figured out by now how to finance new recordings and how to get his new music out. Someone sure had the $$ to pay for his time in Sweden after all! Additionally, Adam seems to have a management team that has done good things for him, so from my point of view things are rolling just fine.

His management company gets a cut of everything he does. Wen you see a manager with adam at every gig, even the birthday party's, they are getting a significant cut of Adams fee.

We will eventually find out whether Adam has a new album ready for release. He might release the first single in the fall while still working on the album. Artists seem to be doing that now. I suppose if Adam makes enough money from the Queen tour, he could pay for this album on his own. We are waiting so anxiously for this new album, but there is absolutely nothing we can do except wait and see what happens later this year.

Let's be glad Adam has good management he doesn't pay anymore for them than their other clients. He could be doing acoustic "rock" concerts in dive bars.

It's a troll with this no label stuff. Rolling Stone reported on Adam working in Sweden with Max Martin. They would have checked their sources and wouldn't have gotten the story wrong. It also says on Max Martin's site that he works through record labels.


Interesting on how the troll has so much time to frequently be the first comment. Basement living must not be busy.

The trouble is internationally Adam has done very well, It's in the US that he cannot climb the hurdles that people have set up for him. There is a lot of flack about him touring US with Queen. Thank goodness enough people do want him to sing with Queen, as proof of sold out venues.
Another topic is his label, is he a risk for labels to back him. Don't even think that the suits have forgotten the AMA's, or his GNT following it, where he proved that no one was going to stop him from kissing a guy at all the venues. Other gay celebrities can get away with stuff, even on GLEE, but not Adam. We will see what reception his new album gets. it will do well over seas, but what will it do here in US.

He practically had to write it in blood, when AI asked him to perform WWFM, that he would behave, and understand it was a family show.

Adam Said he had to promise them that he would remember it was a family show. I remember the interview, he thought it was funny, but he said he would act and dress accordingly. As it turned out that was his best interpretation of WWFM he has ever done. Look it up, he went all out to show everybody, how well he can sing.

He has matured since those days. If you haven't seen his maturity in the last 3 years, then take another look, from his first tour. He will still play the sexy man, but now within certain limits.
