Adam Lambert is playing it coy when it comes to revealing details about his forthcoming third studio album. Speaking about the album, which will be his first since departing RCA, on the Ryan Seacrest Presents radio show earlier this week, Lambert said, “I’m not going to say too much because I try to keep things under wraps. I’m working on this album, I’m really excited about it. I got signed to another label, which I’m not going to reveal right now, but it’s a really good deal and it’s a good project.”
Adding: “I’m working with an amazing executive producer. Again, I can’t say too much, but it’s going to be really good.”
Adam released his last studio effort, Trespassing, in 2012. The record spawned three singles: “Better Than I Know Myself, “Never Close Our Eyes”, and “Trespassing.” Upon its release, Trespassing made chart history by becoming the first album from an openly gay artist to debut at number one on the Billboard 200.

I think Adam's new label is internationally based; because he has been in Europe to work in studios on his 3rd album and at home too. Whatever it is...I think it's safer not to reveal too much as this is still in its initial stages and it's business. Bottomline, he got a good deal and working with an experienced executive producer. As for me, I'm just interested in the finished product and his singing/voice and the songs. My crystalball says this 3rd album will meet with huge success because, Adam would have learnt to avoid the pitfalls and also his QAL performances have roped in many new fans and business ties which are actually crucial to sales.
Lam-My, I agree that his Queen tour has roped in a lot more fans for him. Might be he is not allowed to announce who his new label is, it might be up to the label to announce it, when they are ready.
Anne Marie.....You may be right that he does not have the full say regarding the announcement of his label. Business is like that, to the letter and with caution.
