He's looking might fine! Oh yeah, and he sounds wonderful too! How does he have new things to say or change with each interview? Amazing!

I would bet someone's farm that the original with Adam's voice on it was fabulous! But, of course, Adam wanted to update to put more beats, etc. On it; and it sounds great for radio today. I do love it. But, I would give that same someone's farm, ha, ha; to hear it before the DJ turned it upside down. I bet it was beautiful. Wish I had the original! I can imagine how Adam's voice sounded with out all the heavy beats! Guess we will never know!!

Can't wait for the rest of TOH; I hope there are some songs on there that was recorded on first take! That's the way "Lay Me Down" was recorded. Adam said he asked Niles, "should we do something else to it", Niles said, "no", this first take is a go! Landed up on the "True" Album
!
Sometimes less is more! Other times more is more! Adam has pretty good instincts when it comes to his own music. So I will leave it to him, and just enjoy, and listen to my favorites over and over again, when my TOH Albums arrive!

At last, everyone who was worrying about Adams lonely broken heart can relax. Lyrics written by someone else, probably by Ted Sterling as he claimed.
I would like to have heard the original too.

Hey, I just visited Shazam to learn more about it and Ghost Town was number 5 under 'Future Hits.'

Try this Warner Bro approved remix by Dancing Astronauts -- IMO cures what ails the MM production

Wrong; I would believe Adam over Sterling, or anyone else. Adam said he wrote and is listed as a writer on all of the music on HIS album TOH in collaboration with others, don't know how many times this has to be said! He also said that this album expresses much of things he feels and have been through!

Although, I do agree with your assessment that people should not worry about Adam's emotional state. He seems pretty darn happy to me! At any rate; he has family and friends for that if he needs someone to lean on!

I do wish some people would stop trying to promote other people at Adam's expense, especially so called fans!!!!!

Thanks everybody for all the updates regarding radio play! Sounds great!!

Just a thought about the fact that Adam is listed as a writer on all his songs; he has always said that he likes to work in collaboration with others by choice. The fact is; many artists that write their own music have collaborators, nothing new; the difference is the collaborators don't usually run around trying to steal all the thunder from the artist before and right after the song is released! Fortunately, someone took care of the Sterling situation before it got out of hand! Adam deserved better!

I also would like to hear the original version of GT. I'm guessing it had a softer edge to it. I don't mean in volume, but in feel. I think the final product was an attempt to give it a harder, more modern, dance sound. They wanted it to sound really different and to stand out against many other songs. I think that goal was achieved! This song is distinct and unique. Maybe there's an demo tape somewhere that has the first version on it. Might resurface someday.

And yes, Adam says he is a collaborator on all the songs on TOH. Can't wait to hear that album.

12:58, ditto, ditto, ditto to your post!

4:35 PM, no you are the wrong one. Sterling Fox is the primary writer of Ghost Town. It was brought as a demo to Adam. Adam having writing credits does not mean he was the primary writer.

Your statement: "I do wish some people would stop trying to promote other people at Adam's expense, especially so called fans!!!!!"

is absolutely foolish imho.

I want to add to your "thank you" to admins and other site users for the radio stats info they bring here. I bring some over here when I can. There really are some encouraging stats out there for GT. I believe that today, Tuesday, a few additional radio related reports come out too?

Really love this interview. Adam looks absolutely gorgeous.... And his personality and humor shine. I agree, CT.... He makes each interview feel fresh as he adds a little bit different twist and more insight in response to the same questions.

He seems very relaxed here and having fun. :))

"Crooning Collosus" ....;-D... quite apropos for Adam Lambert!
