About radio spins and radio polls such as this one:
To be honest, I don't know the answer to @otexbert's question about radio play (in the case of this poll), or how important (or unimportant or "pointless") this poll is @delilah Mercury. But it IS on the Ryan Seacrest website so it seems best not to ignore it..or diminish it's relevance, whether large or small, to Adam's career or his single "Ghost Town". Keep voting if you can.. His name remains out there and "Ghost Town" is on it every week.. EVERY mention is important.. EVERY little bit helps...
An aside: I was in my car driving a couple of times yesterday.. I usually have Adam's album "The Original High" blasting away! However, I decided to listen to my local Seattle HAC (Hot Adult Contemporary) station, the one who actually did the "World Premiere" of "Ghost Town" literally the minute it was released on iTunes.. Click 98.9 FM. Both times I was driving and listening, "Ghost Town" came on the radio.. One play was during prime afternoon drive time, the other later in the evening around 9:30 PM.. The second time, the DJ gave a little intro about how amazing Adam's music is... That was AWESOME!!!!!
That was very exciting and encouraging to me..
So whether some of these polls are relevant, and I don't know for sure in this particular case, but they sure aren't meaningless, in my humble opinion.. Some count more than others..
Thanks for your perspective, @glitzylady! Even though there are numerous meaningless polls out there, I agree that winning on a Ryan Seacrest poll can only be helpful. I didn't mind clicking a few times and encouraging others to do the same. Btw. the "audience impression" numbers for GT have gone up in the past 1-2 weeks which sometimes is more relevant than exact chart position. It seems like GT is getting spins during important times of the day in many areas. I'm happy :)
Don't forget to vote....VH1 http://www.vh1.com/shows/top_20_countdown/ghost-town/1197873/video/#id=1736146.. He was #16 again last week. So far, has never gotten further than #14. I know we can make the numbers rise.
Anything that keeps Adam's name out there as a viable, relevant performer is ok with me. I know all these polls don't mean a lot, but at least this one is tied to Seacrest, who is a big name. Voting only takes a moment, and I like to do it. It's just one more small way to support Adam.
@Lynn Stierlen: Thanks for providing the link! Just one small correction -- the end of the URL above where it says "#id=1736146" -- that part needs to be left out -- that appears to be your ID for watching it, or some other type of identifier, because, using that, the video doesn't work properly.

WOAH, we're totally in the lead right now. Let's keep it up just vote ALOT \)°○°)/ Go Glamberts Go!!
Voted and tweeted the link :) Will repeat.
Totally pointless poll. Ghost Town on the lead for few weeks on both polls. Doesn't make it #1 on any real charts!
Good job Glamberts!! ADAM won both polls!! Keep Voting when they re-open!!
tess4ADAM(LAMBERT Outlaw)
Does anyone know if this gets him any radio spins?
