Ahh, Adam is practising the flying kick lwl! This is called 'hing sun kungfu' (Cantonese)... hing/light...sun/body, thus, light body kungfu. If you watch Chinese kungfu movies, you'll see the 'commandos' jump from the ground onto the rooftops and eavesdrop on their enemies. They are able to do this because their jump is very light, gravity-defying.
There's a very popular Chinese cuisine called 'Buddha jumps over the wall' a hodgepodge of ingredients, soup or dish. Adam should try this cuisine. It's so called because it's so delicious, even Buddha will stop meditating and jump over the wall to get it. Strange lol!
Ahh, this is no Buddha jumping; it's Radio Ga Ga lol!
