No wayyy...Ghost Town is so not close to Queen's style. I'm worried some uptight Freddie worshipers and generally jealous critics get mad.
But I think it's going to be some rock rearrangement of it, so it's going to be very epic!
I thought it's even too soon for Lucy in the first concert. I'm really Excited and anxious!!!

I thought "Love of my Life" is for sure one of the surprises.

Yay, I was hoping that Adam would do one of his songs, however I thought it would have been "Lucy", so he and Bri could do it together.

I love how Queenbert performs so many songs at their concerts. I don't say very many negative things about Adam, I am one of his biggest fans, and I love him and always stand up for him. However, after going to many of his concerts, I do think he needs to add more songs to his performances. I have been going to concerts since I was a teen, which is many years, and his concerts are the shortest I have ever been to.

Don't hate me! I am obsessed with this man and only want the best for him...

Damnnn...I missed it! How did the audience respond?

I swear this blog site is one of the reasons I gave up drinking.

Craig Furges, I disagree......EVERYTHING is Queen's style. Even Adam remarked that Queen's music covered SO MANY styles that it was a real challenge for a singer.
As far as "uptight Freddie worshippers", most of them are won over during the concerts (and the rest will be unhappy no matter what is done).
Also, you may not know that when Queen toured earlier with Paul Rogers, they played some of his music during their concerts.

Who knows, maybe they'll STILL play "Lucy" somewhere during these concerts.

Also, check out on youtube, you'll see the entire crowd in the 1985 Rock in Rio concert singing "Love Of My Life" with Queen -- who were surprised that the Brazilian people knew all the words. With such a history, I would be surprised if Queen didn't play it now.

Wow! Ghost Town added to the set!!! And the clip sounds very interesting. I can't wait to hear the whole thing. I've been out all evening and just got home. Checked here and just about jumped out of my skin when I saw GT was performed. He looks fabulous. White pants are back!

Queen has played Love of My Life at every concert since Freddie's death. It should never be a surprise.
