FYI - The picture's flipped. It looks like it's the left arm, but those tattoos are on Adam's right arm.
But no matter... the question is "what's happening?" The inference is that Adam is receiving an intravenous vitamin drip. Is he ill? He's probably still exhausted from all the performing and time-zone changes the last year... is this supposed to be a "pick-me-up"?.... with "z"s? ( a sleep aid)?
Makes me nervous!
Fade is the type of haircut Adam has, thus faded.
The other pic is of Adam getting a vitamin drip. It's been a fad for a couple of years now. Supposed to give you an energy boost. So no Adam isn't sick or needing a sleep aid, likely just following the celebrity trendzzz.
