Hurray!!!! FINALLY!.... a promotion that doesn't show early Queen videos with Freddie until just the end of the promotion... when Adam is finally shown briefly.

I have found that disappointing, since they've been at this long enough to have PLENTY of excellent current videos of Queen and Adam Lambert to use for promotion... of the QUEEN AND ADAM LAMBERT tour!

Adam has finally berthed a rather permanent space in Queen; well, Brian and Roger now so pampered, will wait for him rather than engage another front singer.

Bangkok will welcome him with open arms; their arenas are huge, like I always describe...a sea of heads; he'll be Moses one more time lol! These Thais are very nice people, from close personal experience. Adam's first visit with Queen will enthrall and score myriad millions more new fans.

I suspect Brian and Roger are really addicted to these wildly successful tours -- and to Adam, of course. And certainly Adam must experience a rush during each performance and his reception by the crowds--and the respect and friendship of two such music icons. A perfect symbiotic relationship! And such fun!

Actually, no one else CAN do it except Adam. And he will probably never have such a "platform" again.

Surely they won't deny their fans , musical history, or their legacies some DVDs of these amazing performances!

Some of the Queen songs require tremendous skill, talent, not to just sing them...they need someone like Adam to feel their meaning with depth and love, and on top of that to spew the lament out like lava from a volcano. lwl!
A lot of the Queen songs were written under severe circumstances that impact the mind, heart, soul. The Show Must Go On...Freddie never got it on stage; Adam did...some others tried, not effective. Who Wants To Live Forever found a second owner just recently when Adam dedicated it to his 49 slain gay comrades. I Want To Break Free was used as an anti-oppression anthem. Radio GaGa Adam literally mobilises the crowd like Freddie Mercury did.

The love and respect between Adam, Roger and Brian, is a beautiful thing to see. As I have watched these videos, I see that Adam and the music are all one encompassing unit. Adam is aware of every beat of the drum and every sound from Brian's guitar, as they are totally in sinc with Adam's voice. It is so much fun for all of them, yet also deadly serious at the same time. These concerts mean a lot to all of them, but even though it all looks so easy and fun, it is a grueling time for each of them, but they wouldn't have it any other way. I hope there will be more concerts after the Asian tour, next year, or even a special on TV somewhere, like last years British NYE, on BBC1.
