I think FYE has the strongest songs and I like the variation, both in songs and in the 'colouring' of his voice. The production was probably not the best, there were several songs I didn't like until I heard the live versions. I still don't care much for the Original High and I really tried.

I keep thinking about it, but I can't decide. Each album has songs I love more than others... but don't worry, I'm not going to try listing them... that's impossible.

Besides, I find myself re-evaluating songs that I'd paid less attention to AFTER I see Adam performing them live. HE "sells" everything!

That said, I've always preferred Classical or Show type music to pop or dance... and Adam's voice is especially superb in songs more towards those genres... that REALLY show off his extraordinary voice.

But SEEING him sing his songs (thank goodness for Youtube) "amps up the wattage" of any of them for me. He's such a total package!

.......I forgot to mention I really like him singing rock music, too.

I love All of ADAM's albums but if I have to choose one as my fave ... and I don't usually do this ... I have to agree with the majority ... FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT ... both the title & the theme of the album had me from the very first song!! ADAM followed through all through the album Entertaining for US his fans!! He held nothing back in his tour as well ... I still watch/listen to the DVD & the CD from Glam Nation Tour!! That's the ADAM I fell in love with & the romance hasn't cooled in my heart one bit!! LOVE ALL the songs & the costumes!! ADAM LAMBERT ... FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT!! That says it ALL!!

Okay, jumping in the convo. I really REALLY HATE to choose a *favorite* album because I have favorite songs from each one of his 3 main albums, but yeah. I still LOVE his first album "For Your Entertainment", perhaps just a teensy bit more than the rest. It was his first album, put together during the Idol Tour with some truly awesome tunes.. There was such a variety of music on the album and it also reminds me of the great time (we) fans had in 2010 when he was touring the world with his Glam Nation Tour, promoting his album and his post-Idol career. What an awesome time that was!!!! And he had his first Grammy nomination for "Whataya Want From Me" from that album.. And so many other great songs: "Fever", "Sleepwalker", "Broken Open", "Aftermath", "Soaked", "Surefire Winners"and the ill-fated "For Your Entertainment" (my favorite music video still). And all the rest of the songs. All of the songs, while good on the album, reached a higher level of amazing-ness :))) live. I still wish "Fever" could have been a single. Still a "go-to" song for me. Perhaps now it could have been a single.. And could have done well. I also wish that "Sleepwalker" could have been a single in the US. And that it could have had a really awesome music video.. Because although it was released in a few other countries, it didn't go too far.. It was truly in need of a music video to promote it.. But oh well...............

And we got a DVD of his Glam Nation Tour too.. and a CD of the songs as performed live.. We really needed that for the other albums & (abbreviated) tours.

As others have said, the album was great, the live tour was exceptional with his live vocals that he embellished and improved upon as time went on.. There is no one better live than Adam Lambert, vocally (in my humble opinion of course). His voice MUST be heard in a live setting to be fully appreciated, because recordings simply don't do him justice. (His songs "Broken Open", "Soaked, "Sleepwalker" were incredible and mesmerizing and heart-stoppingly perfect live on tour). As those who have heard him over the years can attest. I attended 6 GNT concerts in various places in the US in 2010, met some other fans who have become friends for life, and I have such amazing and fond memories of those early years of becoming a serious Adam Lambert fan.. And listening to the 2009 album "For Your Entertainment" takes me back to those times when we were excited to get to "know" Adam, we were all a little more "innocent", we were newbies and excited to be his fans, to see him live for the first (or second, or third...) time, to be simply blown away by the experience, perhaps to meet him for a moment at a meet & greet, or after the show. And he was discovering a little bit more about himself, about life as a celebrity, learning to deal with paparazzi, the media, to perhaps "filter" himself a bit (I still miss "unfiltered" Adam), about being known worldwide, and he was learning along with us, what worked, what didn't. I think we've evolved along with him. Because he has certainly come a long way since we first met him in the beginning of 2009. But most importantly, he's still the sweet, genuine, kind, humble, generous, mega-talented man that he was when we first laid eyes (and ears) on him and his incredible voice.

TRESPASSING is my favorite album !!! Running a close second is " For YOUR Entertainment."

FYE for me, for sure.

I love "FYE" too, but there are songs on each that I love and think could have been hits with more promotion and vids.

Like you Glitzylady, I loved "Sleepwalker". After he sang it on the "Tonight Show" I had hoped for a single and video!

My faves are the For Your Entertainment & Trespassing albums - both because it's impossible for me to choose between them .... they're both equally FABULOUS!!!! <3

By the way, I could go on & on about all the songs I loved in Adam's other two albums.. but I'll spare you. My comments above were probably already TMI :)))
