I love these. The second design is like an art deco city. Like the Emerald City in Oz.

remind me of his already existing tatoos...

Interesting... would like to know if these are free-hand or computer generated...suspect the latter.

The first design is attractive...I like mandelas...they're calming if done well.

Like you, Dee R Gee, I am attracted to the second (middle) one. It seems to have a Bach-like serenity, balance and logic to it that I find lacking in the third, similar design. The repeated long Gothic lines in it have a satisfying "flow", IMO

The third design is more "ornate" and three-dimensional (mostly because of its shading), and IMO loses something in the transition.... it becomes too "busy" and jumbled to the eye....and has lost the "flow" and tranquility of the second.

Years of training and association is useful, but in the end......Art is STILL "in the eye of the beholder".

Wonder which one Adam prefers? I'd love to see the artwork he displays in his home. Happily for him, he can afford pretty much whatever he wants! How nice! I suspect he has a good eye.

Very intricate & well done, but can't help hoping it's not an inspiration for Adam to get more ink on his body. He's ornate & beautiful enough.
