What a good little interview! Took me by surprise. Adam didn't really say anything that was absolutely new, but he sure expressed himself in a great way. In another interview and few days back, he said that the financial security he has from working with Queen has allowed him to take his time with his own music and not be pressured by a schedule. He can afford to do things at his own pace. I've never heard him actually say that before, although it's obvious that financial security has been a factor in his solo music timing, at least in my opinion.

I am very excited to hear Comin' In Hot and to see where it takes us on this kind of story he is creating with the videos. He definitely wants to validate his own music and creativity. QAL will not last forever.

Looking forward to GMA on Friday and the debut of CIH that he will perform! So happy to see him in the Taylor Swift video, too! And QAL is right around the corner, with a whole new staging, new outfits for Adam. Yum.

I wondered why this seemed so familiar....it's the same interview that I gave a link to a couple of threads ago.... but, I still enjoyed it a second time around!

Guess I missed this one before. This was the first time I saw it. I was out of town for a bit was kind of in catch-up mode.

I looked at the GMA schedule for Friday and it does not say Adam is performing on Friday. I thought it was next week, but I may be wrong so just want to clarify. Thanks

Magiclady, Adam performs next Friday the 28th on GMA. I'd like to ask everyone here if any of you heard "New Eyes" on your radio? I have been listening and waiting but "no New Eyes "! Why does this happen? Adam is coming out with another single next week but yet I have not heard New Eyes on the radio. The Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez, Shawn Mendes, Pink and a Few others all have new songs out on the radio but Adam nothing??? Why oh why? Thats why he's underrated in the USA because the stations don't play his music. Feeling a bit frustrated! :(

Attention glamberts !
I think we need to try to reinvigorate our support for "New Eyes" (especially because song
# 2 is coming out in a few days). The daily view counts for NE have dropped quite drastically
on YouTube in the last 7-10 days. I don't know how to find Spotify counts, but I do keep
tabs on YouTube views. NE counts are down to about 8K per day which is quite low since it has
only been on YouTube for about 5 weeks. If we all do our best (real life problems permitting)
to add a few extra views each day, maybe we can give a boost to NE. And let's try to keep it in good shape even after song #2 bursts on the scene.
I've lost track of how many times Adam has saved my sanity, so I figure the least I can do is find as many ways as possible to support him -- even if it's mostly viewing and
streaming his amazing songs -- and I love every minute of it !!

Kris J... Thanks for the update on New Eyes youtube streaming, it's where I listened to it the most! Maybe because Summertime season is here (in the USA) and no school, vacations have slowed down the streaming! I will certainly keep up with the streaming now and after his other new single also. 2 songs to support! Thanks again.

You guys are right. Adam will be on GMA on Friday the 28th, not tomorrow. I did know that but somehow it didn't click when I posted.

Kris J, you are so right! We cannot get lazy when it comes to streaming and viewing. I know we have supported NE, but consistent support is what really helps. So when CIH gets released, we need a concerted effort to get the song up there! And the video, too!

The article says that Adam will be performing New Eyes on The Voice. I was hoping he would sing Comin' In Hot. Do we know the date of his Voice appearance? Did I miss it? CIH is supposed to debut on June 26. Would love for him to sing the new song on Australia's The Voice. It has a huge audience.

I am just assuming he will sing CIH on GMA on Friday the 28th. Hope so!

Dee R Gee on my calendar I have Adam on the Voice, on Monday the 24th AND the same day on RuPaul! I just saw the IG of Adam rapping, he is too cute, I played it over and over, love him so much!

Oh My God! I was gone for a couple hours and come back here and get to see ADAM LAMBERT RAPPING! Unbelievable how great he was at it!!!!!!! I will be smiling all night!

Need to charge phone will continue each day to do more. Since Adam said the single coming out reminds him some of another One Bites The Dust. I bet it will be the one they hopefully play on the
Concerts. He said not done on purpose but all the years doing Q songs rubbed off on him.
It should fit nicely with Queen music and will help promote it. Being he has new music cant imagine they would not play at least one song especially one that fits in well with new music to help him promote it being they think so much of Adam. Great about the voice everyone stream please.

So much great stuff coming up! I would love to see Adam do a lot of US TV and radio during his promo. He gets such good promos on shows overseas. He's SO good at being entertaining and fun and silly. He can just DO it!

The RUPAUL show on fox is only been on off and on. In 2 weeks it been on 4 times. I read it was on a 3 week test period. It's been interupted all but 4 times with a womans open. Next week which would be third week it's not on at all. Steve is back on. It's on today but last time I see it.
I read article saying it was only on as a test in 7 cities but it's been interupted most the time. Oviously it's been scene all ofit I guess in a few places. It was on fox the short time it was on. If it did well would be syndicated but wasn't on much here.
Does any one get it here.
Hope it ends up on YT Adam's show. Because I will not get it. Dont understand what they are doing. If it did well it would be syndicated but didn't air much here. I'll tape today last time the last time I see it on. See what they say about Adam being on Monday that I will not get.

Sue I had no idea what was happening to RuPauls show. I thought it would be on VH1 not FOX. I haven't seen anything either on Fox. Guess I'm going to miss it too. :(

If you have DirecTV I just found put it's on 399 just changing channels. Unfortunately it there but I dont get that channel. Regular fox 26 In Houston area it was on 1 time next week do to sports and 3 times this week and not on at all next week only on that premium channel I dont get. It was on a 3 week test run Sumflower. on today not on regular fox at all next week.
They showed a preview of Adam being on Monday. He looked great. Makes me mad dont get that station its HD fox pr something. I already pay a crazy amount for directv cant afford to add anything else.
However I looked on youtube there are some full episodes minus commercial on there. Probably wait a day hopefully Adam's show will be on there. I have not watched really I'm really just interested in Adam on it. However watched a bit of one and he interviews for about 25 minutes the main person. It did show on preview for Monday interviewing Adam. Next week is third week dont know why not on regular fox at all Steve's back on.
I will miss it to. But let's check YT the next day the episode hopefully on there. Saw several full episodes of passed episodes RuPaul on YT.

Above that was it was on one time last week not this week.

I'll just assume that when Adam is on RuPaul's show we'll see his portion posted here and elsewhere. I would like to be able to watch the show at other times, too. I have XFinity/Comcast, so I hope it works.

Hey guys I got a Facebook notification from a friend and it was Pop Culture. Com asking people what we think of Adam playing Elvis! Many people were in favor and some were not! I wish I can put a link in this article but I don't know how to do it, I'm sure it's easy but I mess up. Ĺol Maybe glitzylady or MiReLa (she's good for this) can.

I didn't see any comments after the article though, so maybe there is another article that also addressed this.

As far as movies are concerned I think you could say Adam was a newcomer. Yes he did a song for an animated movie and he doing the playmobil movie an animated movie.
However as far as playing a human character he's a newcomer to movies he done it in theatre. Maybe they want someone no ones knows or has an opinion of. But also may not have a fanbase that would go see the movie as Adam would.
I guess we will see Adam will survive nicely and have other opportunities if he does that movie or not. Adam is an immensely talented human being the right thing for him will come if not

Dennis Quaid played Jerry L Lewis in great balls of fire he could sing, dont know how good. They however insisted they use JLL voice in the movie course he was still alive. It was a good movie but in my opinion a little silly that it was not necessarily supposed to be.
Anyway Ive been thinking I think any character movie Adam ever plays if he does should be his own voice. Of course that is just my opinion he just to fantastic a singer to ever lip sing.
The family of Elvis may want his own voice in this movie. I dont know that but they may, a total unknown may not mine that. However this all just speculation. Adam has a wonderful tour coming up. I know we are all quite excited for that. Also single out Wednesday and TV shows this week.

Nanbert and Sue, this article came up yesterday the 21st on my Facebook news feed! It explains why you don't see any comments Nanbert! Adam says he has the lip thing going, lol. Many comments were in favor of Adam and just a minor few think someone else should play Elvis! A lot of females responding hee hee, and a few men. Thanks for finding the article.

I agree with Sue. Adam is a newcomer as far as acting is concerned. A blink and you'll miss it cameo role in BoRhap doesn't mean he's an actor, and it's his voice in the Playmobil movie, not an acting part. I think it's a role hanging out for Adam to play it. He looks the part, he can sing the part and I've no doubt he can act the part. Anyway, if it's meant to happen, it will happen but if not, hopefully there'll be a movie role for Adam in the not too distant future, because he's really keen to get into movies.

I kind I forgot Adam played Eddie in the TV musical Rocky Horror.he was offered the main part didn't have time he was touring all that year. Truth is he didn't think it was right for him.
He did a great job. He also played Joshua next to Val Kilmer in the Bible.
Received the best reviews.
Not sure if that was a theater or a movie. The bible was before AI fame.
However he still a relative newcome to movie land and certainly the big screen
