Just stumbled on this a while ago. Adam just makes everything fun. Doesn't have to be complicated. Noisey is fine. LOL

I'm surprised that he didn't mention Pharaoh when he was talking about Cleopatra and Egyptian stuff. Guess he didn't think of it at the time.

I love seeing Adam in such good humor, relaxed and enjoying himself....that smile! His laugh is infectious and rings in my ear all day....brightening it considerably!

Speaking of brightening my day.....that "Superpower" video REALLY does! I grin through the whole thing...and laugh out loud at the end....Adam is so much fun and so light-hearted in it! And that's not even what I would have considered "my kind of music"! But it's so addictive! I'm sure it's going to be a BIG hit!

These fountains are near my house. At 25.15 minutes it is Queen's song "Show must go on" that accompanies the show

And another shooting at 5.00 minutes

Nearby is also the place where in 2016 was the Q + AL concert

I think I read somewhere that Superpower got added to the HAC playlist. That's a very good thing! Hope it's true!

Sue....Happy 71st birthday! Guess you'll just have to celebrate here with Adam and us! But, after all those years, a few days one way or the other don't make that much difference anyway, do they? Have a good one!

Nanbert said...

Mi Re La....thanks so much for your fountain video. How nice to live so close to such a magnificent one....I LOVE dancing fountains!

Nanbert said...

Dee R Gee...what is the HAC playlist?

Sue Smith said...

Thank you Nanbert. Yea I'll guess I'll live. Miss my grand babies. However I can think of worse things than spending the day with Adam.
Yes Dee R Gee what is the HAC list?

Regarding the HAC Playlist:

It's been announced that 'Superpower' will be on the HAC Playlist aka Hot Adult Comtemporary Radio playlist on Oct. 7th.. as an "impacting song" meaning that it's going to get a whole lot of radio promo and play push..

This news via the "All Access Music Group" which includes Radio Industry New, New Music, Music Promotion Radio Station Song Charts, including MediaBase charts, Top 40 charts,

Promo for both the new album "Velvet" Side A, and Adam's newest (HOT!!!!) single "Superpower" will begin very very soon, officially with the release of Velvet on Sept. 27th.. There's been promo already, but it's going full force internationally at that time.. Shoshanna Stone was chatting with fans about it today on Twitter..

Happy Birthday Sue! πŸΈπŸΎπŸΈπŸŽ‚

glitzylady....sounds to me like some serious promotion....hope it's good...and effective! I want to see "Superpower" get the exposure it deserves...and, of course, "Velvet".

BTW....welcome back!

Dee R Gee said...

Yes, I saw Shosh's tweets, too. She assures us that there is LOTS of promo yet to come, US and UK. And there is a QAL European tour in the works, too. Where Adam will fit in a solo tour of any length is yet to be seen. In the meantime, I have been streaming SP and viewing the video LOTS and LOTS.

It's so fun to actively support something that you really really enjoy! Hope he succeeds in getting some good radio play this time around. And I do believe that Velvet has some more really strong songs yet to be heard. I think 2020 will turn out to be a very good year.

Thank you Mirela for the Birthday wishes I really appreciate it. So glad to hear about this HAC that I now know what it is. Common sense will tell the actual fans this song is the biggest one yet and was meant to be more commercial. I was pretty sure it was going to be alot more promotion for this one.
It definitely is addictive it is really getting in my head now.
Adam has had great vids but I really
have to say this one to me stands out. The fact that Adam really features Adam this time as the main character ups it for me. I love all the dancers especially Terrence Adam's dear friend.
Also the fact it associated more with the album shortly coming out and that big charity event at the end of the month spells heavy promotion time to me. Cant wait until it starts in high gear!

Nanbert said...

Sue....very true....I also love it when Adam is the dominant character in his music videos...in EVERY frame. As I've said often..."The only thing better than hearing Adam sing, is watching him while he does it!"

He's the best singer/performer on the planet....the whole package! We want it ALL, don't we?

Sue Smith said...

Nanbert just saw your comment. I agree whole heartedly. He is the whole package and then some. Its Adam's video and I do love it when be is the main person. I really think it should always be that way.
