Thanks for those pix, Mi Re La. Don't know where he is or what he's doing, but he looks mighty fine doing it.

Grammy submissions
Adam Lambert: Believe submitted in Best Pop Solo Performance, Roses in Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Velvet in Best Pop Vocal Album and Album of the Year. Superpower in Record of the Year and Song of the Year.
Remember, there are 100s of submissions. Noms announced, Nov. 24th

I pray that out of all these fabulous submissions, Adam gets at least one actual Grammy nomination. His music is fantastic, as good or better than any other artist.

It amazes me that after all this time and after so many stellar performances, Adam has yet to win a Grammy. He got a nom for WWFM, which was great, but he is long overdue for recognition by the Grammys. He got lots of buzz for the Believe performance, and that might help get him a nom. But I would love to see him get a nom for his OWN music. Singers new on the scene go home with armloads of Grammys right off the bat. He deserves at least some of that same recognition. It DOES matter in the music biz to have a few of these under your belt. He gets lots of praise for his voice from lots of people in the business, including singers, producers, writers, etc.

And an actual WIN or two would be frosting on the cake.

An aside.....Trump is about to start a speech in Wisconsin....and the music is playing Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody! I hope Brian and Roger will have something to say about that tomorrow!!!

His people have been told numerous times not to use their music. Seems like an odd song to choose for a political speech. It's a song about a guy getting capital punishment for committing a murder.

I hope they did complain about their music being used !!!(as they don't allow any of their music to be used for anything political.)I understood that Bohemian Rhapsody was released when Freddie was coming to a big change in his life, and that's why he said 'mamma just killed a man put a gun against his head pulled the trigger now he's dead' sort of killing off his old life, however there are lots of different 'takes' on the meaning of that song.
