December 26, 2009: Adam Lambert, Kate Gosselin and Lady Gaga all made the list of 'The View's Top 25 Moments of 2009'.
Adam Lambert's November appearance came on the heels of his wild performance at the American Music Awards and a strong indictment from Elisabeth Hasselbeck on how Adam Lambert should "smarten up and sing".
Kate Gosselin co-hosted The View during Elisabeth Hasselbeck's absence in September on the heels of her very public break up with Jon Gosselin. Barbara Walters was so enamored by how enamored the American public was by Kate Gosselin, that she chose Kate Gosselin as one of her 10 Most Fascinating People of 2009 as well as awarding her co-hosting spot as one of the top The View moments of the year.
Lady Gaga made the list of "The View Top 25 Moments of 2009" with her live performance when The View visited Los Angeles in March.
Other moments that made The View's "Best of" list included interviews with Tom Cruise and Taylor Swift and a really creepy Halloween special.
