Adam Lambert lost a fan over the holiday.
AP - Adam Lambert has a strong connection with his fans, and it showed through the moment the "American Idol" singer heard that Terri Sanvicente had passed away after a domestic incident between her and Jason Bouchard (otherwise known as the father of her children).

Sanvicente died on Christmas Day after Bouchard beat her with a crowbar in the same home as her babysitter and children. Bouchard was eventually arrested, but that doesn't make up in any way for the incident itself.

Adam heard about the death over the weekend, as Sanvicente was active in his fan community and posted to him often on Twitter. On Saturday the singer put this message up on his Twitter page:

"My thoughts are with the children and babysitter of Terri Sanvincent. Terri had so much joy to share. Light and love to her memory."

Adam is an amazing person & that reflects how he was raised by his parents who obviously have been so supportive of him.

It wouldn't surprise me a bit if we don't hear in the very near future that he starts a charity for battered women or something. I know there was a fundraiser, but I'm talking something on a grander scale. He was so influential during the Donarschoose charity. This would be just the thing for him. Not that he needs "redeeming" with us, but it would go a long way with the doubters out there.
