Adam Lambert: "Whataya want from me"
"For your entertainment" is the title of the debut album of American singer, actor and songwriter Adam Lambert, which made it to #3 in the US charts straightaway.
Many of today's hottest artists in the music business collaborated as componists and producers on the album: Lady Gaga, Matthew Bellamy (Muse), Justin Hawkins (Ex-The Darkness), Rivers Cuomo (Weezer), Linda Perry (Ex-Four Non Blondes), Ryan Tedder (OneRepublic) and Pink, who wrote the single "Whataya want from me" together with Max Martin. The single is being released in Germany in mid April.
Adam Lambert, who was born in 1982 in Indianapolis/USA, gained fame through his participation in the US casting show "American Idol" in which he was runner-up of the year 2009. Before that he performed in a jewish musical.
Another station added him into their "pop lexicon":
Translation:
Adam Lambert is the new star of the american casting-show "American Idol". He is originally from Minneapolis. His first single was written by P!nk and Max Martin. The debug album (#3 of the US charts) got support from famous people like Linda Perry, Matthew Bellamy from Muse, as well as Lady Gaga. The success seems inevitable!
This radio station added Adam's single to their "potential new charts entries". So we tried to get him into their listeners charts this week!
Results will be known tonight when they play this weeks new charts on the radio.

Adam is on radio in Norway every day.Welcome too
Scandinavia and Sweden:-)
great!!!
meanwhile, let's vote for adam on vh1 top 20 countdown for adam. his unplugged wwfm is no 1 this week!! wow!!!
why did the first comment that he was in a Jewish Musical? I wasn't aware that Wicked was a Jewish Musical. Just asking?
Love the fact that he is being welcomed in all the different countries. Adam deserves all the praise for his hard work. I didn't understand why the first article said he was in Jewish Musical. I wasn't aware that Wicked was Jewish. Just asking.
They weren't talking about Wicked. They were talking about The Ten Commandments with Val Kilmer. I hope there's not some sort of agenda with putting that out there. I hope they are not cold toward him. It would speak volumes for progress. Keep building bridges, Adam. The ones that don't now, will GET it some day. Much love!
justpeachy
And Adam was born in Indianapolis, not Minneapolis. He grew up in San Diego.
The Germany of today is not Adolph Hitler's Germany. Hitler was anti-semite, anti black, anti anyone who was not white and of northern european linege. Most of the Germans didn't know what was happening to the Jews during WWII. Today, Germany is a country that is very liberal in its politics. Don't worry about our BB, he'll be just fine. Plus, they love him.
I dont know why it was necessary to call it a jewish musical instead of its actual title..seems odd. Adam's mom is Jewish, his father is not. He has said he didnt grow up following judiasm. Adam has the capacity to build briges for sure ...he is destined to be a legend..!!
