Well spoken Adam, as usual. Thanks!

Love me some Adam Ant and Duran Duran! I do adore Adam Lambert... Lambert also reminiscent of Prince and especially Meatloaf to me - which is also why I dig Lambert's music so much! And doesn't hurt that Lambert is sexier than ANY of those artists who he's named over the past year as having influenced him - Lambert possesses an innate sensuality to die for.

To "Anonymous" above who mentions Meat Loaf -- YES! I've always thought Adam should have done some Meat Loaf on Idol like "You Took The Words Right Out Of My Mouth" -- he should with Jim Steinman, who wrote all of Meat Loaf's hits and more. Adam should in the future be looking to do the same kind of Rock Opera that Meat Loaf, Freddie and Bowie have done.

I enjoyed this radio interview but I still find it interesting that when he's asked about the people he's worked with on the album he seems to talk about everyone but Rivers Cuomo, as if that just wasn't a fun session for him? Not to sound conspiratorial. But it's just that "Pick U Up" is my favorite and he never references it, except for the "Track by Track" for his website and the one interview with Lyndsey Parker. Just sayin'....

Anon 1:41. Knowing Adam, he will play Pick You Up some time in the near future. I think that eventually he will perform all of his songs on his album, with the possible exception Time for Miracles.
