And when the Glam Nation Tour kicks off (the first date is tentatively June 4 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania), Lambert will also have a brand-new single to promote: the strutting and sparkly “If I Had You,” which he’s planning on shooting a video for next month. The song, written by the Swedish hitmaking team of Max Martin and Shellback, is a favorite of Lambert’s, not just because of its top-flight pedigree, but because of the message it contains.
.
“It’s a great song — really fun, upbeat, joyful,” Lambert said. “And the message in the song is really exciting, because basically what it’s saying is no matter what color your skin is, no matter what religion you are, no matter what your sexuality is, no matter what your age is, we can all party together. We can all find common love. And all this other stuff — money, success, fortune, fashion, glam — it’s all great, but it doesn’t mean anything if you’re not connecting. … I love it.“

sleepwalker!!
A little surprised,he left out mentioning Siobhan. She along with her powerful voice, really IS original and more so, than those Idol contestants mentioned imo.
Siobhan maybe quirky and different. She has a big voice but I do not see myself buying her CD or going to her concert. Like Simon, I am getting a little tired of her belting out at the end of every song.
Really? Anon@5:12 you are surprised that he left out Siobhan? While she may be powerful and original to YOU, she is not so much to others. Adam was saying who HE liked, that was the question asked to him.
I really like Sioban a lot better than Michael. Like Danny Gokey, a lot of Michaels appeal comes from his personal situation in life, not how good a musical performer he is. That gets to be tiresom. This show should be about tallent, not how sympathetic you are.
hey fans, why did everyone stop voting for Adam on the Time 100 poll, it's not over till next week, the others are getting votes like crazy, the voting has stopped for the winner but not the rest, only and handful of fans are trying to keep Adam in #6 place, would be nice to see him in #5 but we can't do it alone!!!!
I can listen to Siobhan, but I cannot watch her.
She is pitchy and off way too much of the time. She was impressed with Adam, but he with her, not so much. I think she is trying too hard to impress the judges and it's not working.
Siobhan just isn't ready yet. She has talent, but she needs training to hit and control the high notes and stay on pitch. Adam said he was trained to hit those notes. It can also damage your voice if not done correctly. I think Adam is a good judge of what it takes and gave good advice. They all need to step up their game. Adam is a tough act to follow. None brings his element of excitement. funbunn40
