A Canadian band Elias will open for Adam's concerts in Vancouver. The band confirmed it on their twitter and facebook a few hours ago.
"Opening for Adam Lambert April 8 & 9...Whataya want from us?!
Today is going to be a crazy weird day! "
"Its official: we are opening up for Adam Lambert tonight and tomorrow! Hahahaha crazy."

There is also an earlier tweet where they are saying they may be opening for a famous US singer. This is before they even found out who they were opening for.

but the ending of the video is disturbing.
Are you guys frigging kidding me? I've seen this video before and it's awesome and the band is pretty good too. They are going to be a great opening act. Better than the girl from Indio. I just wish I could have more money and less classes at school to go to an Adam concert. He has to come down to Florida.

This is so funny- they play these guys on my radio station but they don't play Adam Lambert;p So ironic. Nice band. Nice song. And to anonymous 1:45 what exactly kind of music does Adam have? He's so eclectic it's impossible to say -other than ADDICTIVE!

I love this video! Very clever and sends a message about greed. Not sure how widely known this band is in the US. Never heard of them, but I predict this may be their vehicle to more fans. I will listen to more of their stuff in the future. Rock on!

Not impressed with them - think they sound too "alternative/grungy" to open for Adam. Don't get it. Unless they're really popular in Vancouver...?
I think it's a great choice.Liked the band,energy and clever video.Adam has so many great Canadian fans that support him. Glad that Adam can return the favor and give these guys a break.As much as we just want all Adam, hope fans will welcome Elias and enjoy their music too.It'll be hard to restrain ourselves and be patient until Adam gets on the stage!lol funbunn40
