According to the Top 40 chart, If I Had You went up 8 spots from last week at #46 to this week at #38! This means the song is officially on the Top 40! Congrats to Adam! Let's keep requesting the song on your local radio so it will go up more next week!

Great! Now my local PATHETIC FOLLOWER STATION(KDWB) will probably add the song!(They will ONLY add songs when bigger stations already have and a song gets into the Top 40!
Soon enough I should actually be able to request IIHY here in the Twin Cities and my requests will actually be paid attention to!
Good for you Josh - and stick with it... sometimes it's easier to just play the game (harder and less productive to try to "fight City Hall" sometimes).

Thanx! KDWB did indeed just add IIHY to their playlist!(Which is awesome)
I just wish KDWB wasn't such a "follower" station!
WKMX in Enterprise, AL has given me the same lame excuse. This, of course, after the program director told me "they would NEVER (with disgusted emphasis) play anything by Adam Lambert". I could immediately sense bias in his voice. I live in phobia central and it is taking people a while to get used to the fact that they don't set the pulse for the rest of the country anymore. He said they could only add a song when it gets into the Top 40. He said he would play his music "as long as he had to, then drop it" because HE didn't like him. What a moron! He has no business in the radio industry with that attitude. Radio people by nature are supposed to be more edgy and promote individualism, but for some reason, this guy has ordained himself judge and jury over what people hear around here. I find it detestable! Why can't they just play the song and let people choose for themselves? It is a form of censorship. He claims he has to be a "follower" also, but I think it's more like a "hater" than anything.

WHOA Anon@June 22, 2010 9:02 PM!
That is not what I said!
KDWB is not homophobic at all and most of the DJ's have praised the hell out of Adam over the last year and a half!
Most of the DJ's also take place in the gay pride parade here every year as well!
The programing director of KDWB even stated the song FYE got a bad rap and was not played because of the AMA's in Entertainment Weekly!
I just have a problem with KDWB not spinning tracks before they catch on with bigger stations.(but this isn't even an "Adam Specific" problem!)
I just wish KDWB could do what they wanted without having to bow down to "clear channel"!
I'm sorry for what you have to deal with in Alabama but that is homophobia! Here with KDWB it is business and they will probably spin the hell out of IIHY soon enough!
It's not the same thing!
I wish they would have added the song earlier but they have added it now and will hopefully spin the hell out of it like they did with WWFM!
IIHY is #1 video on US Itunes at this very moment! Yeah!!!!!!!!!
WOOOOHOOOOO adam rock on!!
hello just peachy...let's wish the dj a child that is 'DIFFERENT" THAT WILL CHANGE HIS ATTITUDE, BUT AGAIN WHO WOULD WISH HIM ON ANY CHILD. A CHANGE IS GOTTA COME!
