He may have been snubbed for a MTV Video Music Awards nomination, but that didn’t stop Adam Lambert from showing off his sublime singing skills at his concert in New Mexico last night (August 3).
The “For Your Entertainment” rockstar was on fire as he whipped the audience into a frenzy at the Sunshine Theatre in Albuquerque.
And despite missing out on the VMA action, Adam was quite supportive of his fellow artists who were nominated for trophies.
Lambert tweeted, “Contrats on ur VMA noms @keshasuxx! Rockstar! Miss u!” to show his love of “TiK ToK” songstress Ke$ha.

Speaking of MTV awards...IMO, I think ADAM is still being punished for the AMA award show...
Adams videos were so awesome that their had to be a reason behind it...Maybe the powers that be think he is too new, but where have they been...his tour is going so strong they are adding venues...I am so disappointed for ADAM because he certainly didn't deserve the SNUB!!!

Can't figure out why ADAM is treated so well by VH1 & yet gets snubbed for the MTV VMAs. Doesn't make sense. ADAM has had TWO videos at the #1 spot on VH1 several times ... yet he doesn't even get nominated but Florence + the Machine (I think that's the name) has NEVER been #1 ... and DOES???? DOES NOT COMPUTE!!! (said in robotic mode) WHO does the nominating? Except for the SNUB at ADAM ... I could care LESS!! NEVER watch that channel ANYWAY! ROCK ON!! King of Glam Rock!! From what I have heard Emimen has had a change of heart about his feelings about gays and others; I guess his recovery caused him to rethink a lot of his bigoted beliefs & I do think he is being sincere. Besides, it is not his fault MtV did not include Adam. Someone mentioned that none of the "American Idol" artists were included, even Carrie Underwood -(Is that true??). It is possible Adam is still being punished or that he is a little "left field" for them, but I really think Adam is right where he should be for now. He is winning the public over, venue by venue and it is working!!! He has more to learn but he has soooo much to be proud of, all he needs to do right now is relax and enjoy all the things he is doing right!!! Congrats. Adam!!

I don't think Adam was snubbed because of the AMA's, it just doesn't seem like a thing that the people at MTV would do, the majority of music related television/radio stations thought that what happened at the AMA's was not a big deal but who knows... And I also think that Eminem is a total Dbag and shouldn't be up for any award...
I seriously hope Adam adds more Canadian dates, Im gonna be pissed if he doesn't.
Bec, I had read that too about Eminem but read the reviews of his brand new album and the reviewer specially said that the song verses were just as homophobic and anti-women as always. So no, the mf. hasnt changed at all! Adamluv

i question lots of these judging panels...the grammys have awarded artists who are not even in the right category... just sayin...
adam is always a classy good sport and keeps his sense of perspective and humor.
shall we vote on vh1 now? they really like adam.

adam will have his time. longevity is key and he will benefit from not being at the video awards. let him find his way. he will see more next year.
