Wow. I really liked this - good song, good band, good vocals, lots of heartfelt emotion.
(I hope Adam doesn't feel like his life is getting heavier, I hope he just liked the video)

I like it! But when was it made? It's MY kinda beat and I haven't heard that in years. Check out same group doing NANCY LEE....you'll see Adam's good friend Carmit Bachar of Zodiac Club.

It made me nostalgic for James Brown, Ray Charles and even Little Richard!!!!!!!Those happy days!!!!

my sentiments exactly 8:45pm

@8:45

That was my first thought too. I felt like he sent it as a message. I hope I am wrong.

Yea! It's the good old Mo-Town sound. I loved it! "And I'll give it a #1 for having a great dance beat". (The sound of the good old days indeed!)

Liked it a lot, but 2 depressing songs in a row is nerve racking. Is he testing the waters for the dark side of the new album-or are there troubled waters.Clue us in BB.

Fantastic! REAL MUSIC! Yes, JAK, I watched Nancy Lee. You just have to dance to that beat, That would be a 60's beat right? I suspect you are about my grandmother's age, didn't you say you and Elvis were the same age when you interviewed him? Dates don't lie. That would have been l955 right?

You've lived through the absolute best of the best music years. My grandmother taught me The Shag, The Twist, The Frug and a dozen other dances.

You and she truly lived through THE HAPPY DAYS.

This is a new band formed sometime last year based in LA and Adam probably saw them performing somewhere and maybe that's why he tweeted this. I think they are so fab. Go onto their site and listen to their other stuff. So great and brings back memories!

I don't think there are troubled waters in his love life as Sauli seems to be smiling happily and also wearing a ring on his necklace. Hope there are no other troubles...
I think he just recognizes the talent and the song

Don't know if anyone caught any of the comments from the you tube link, but I saw this and thought I'd share it here from hgozzo:

"Ty Taylor, the lead singer, is an old friend of Adam's. They both were part of the the famed Zodiac Shows in underground LA."

Now I remember him from Zodiak show vids. He should do well thanks to a little help from Adam too!

in the first and the end of the song there is this lyric:''this is a massage and a calling'' i think that song is adam's massage too. (AGirlLikeMe)

Does he lurk on blogs too? Don't have a twitter account. Somebody tweet him to speak to his fans who actually have intelligent questions for him and who adore him as much as those twits do.

Beatiful song but so melancholy. I hope Adam don't feels like that and he just liked the video. One thing that pop into my mind is that it's heavy to be separated if you are in love. Don't know. Just hope Adam is happy.

I really like this guy, the beat and song. Some shades of Smokey Robinson who I've always loved and Motown. Adam's version of Tracks of my Tears one of my faves. I remember Ty Taylor from the Zodiac Show. @ JAK,nostalgic for me too! I remember hearing Little Richard on a 45 record when I was in 8th grade.[Tutti Frutti and Lucille.] I had never heard anyone like him. I taught my girls and their friends to do "rubber legs" and the "dirty boogie"], a form of jitterbug for you young ones! haha Adam's body rolls beat any generation of dance moves. I'll check Ty out further. Adam is always so generous, looking out for friends and other talent, passing them on to us. He also knows that like the Pied Piper we will follow willingly, lending our support. I like Muse a lot and Adam turned me on to them as others. Still, Adam is the most versatile and electric and stirs my soul. funbunn40

Damn, this guy is Good, Good, Good. Thank you, Adam, for your generosity in passing this beautiful music on. I've been listening and listening to it. Here is hoping for a whole lot more from Vintage Trouble!

Really like this song and the group! It's so unusual to see a music video without all the bells and whistles, and male musicians that actually look like they thought about what they were going ro wear! Very refreshing!

Adam tweeted this because the singer is his friend. We know he always promotes his friends... I remeber the singer from Adam's birthday pics

Nice voice, nice retro feeling going on. The lyrics are just that lyrics, not putting any more meaning on them. Adam generous in supporting other artists.

I think this is a example of the many layers of Adam Lambert. He has so many sides and maybe on this day he wanted to connect with those he knows loves him. I thinks in his own way he was reaching out to fans saying we are all connected even though life is getting heavier; together we can push on. He is so special. He lights up a room, the TV, the Tweeter. He just plain knows how to connect people all over the world. He is more than music he is a firework of human kindness.

I've gone back and listened to this and Nancy Lee several times now, wallowing in the past. Wish we could replace RAP with this. Okay okay I know I'm old.....but I've never really considered anything music that you can't HUM......and thank you KW and my best wishes to your grandmother.

She sounds like a cool grandma, that's the highest praise I get from my grandson....a big hug (I mean BIG he's 6'5") and a "You're cool Grandma!"

I puddle up with tears every time!

It's "This is a message (not massage) and a calling."

Her spelling was wrong but her thoughts were right on! Shame on you 5:01pm for correcting everyone! She was just trying to express herself!

This is truly raw and gritty, the way music used to be. This is how music evolves into a perfect circle. This guy is a cross between Al Green and Terrance Trent Darby, if that's possible. They were from 2 different times, but they both have very old souls. I think this guy has that quality. Have to check out more!

I agree with your mild rebuke. When I was new to this site I was staggered by grammatical errors. Thirty years as an English teacher will do that to you.

It's taken awhile but I realize it's the THOUGHT that counts.

That plus the fact that age is robbing me of my grammar skills. Commas, spelling and tenses are all suffering. Who cares?

@Kackypants Thanks for the info., appreciate it.
I HAVE LOST MY LIFE TO SOCIAL MEDIA.
Just reading Adams tweets (luv em), following up on em, has caused several physical & mental impairments: carpal tunnel syndrome, blood shot eyes, music ringing in my head allll the time, hysterical laughter, piles of laundry & undone chores, TMI & so many x rated thoughts. So Thanks, but no thanks to Twitter.
