I still can't understand what they want from Adam. Do they expect to get some money? Does Adam have to return back his mustang and runner-up awards back it AI if he lost this case? I don't think is possible. But they deff will hire very very very good lawyer. Does anybody have idea about all of this story?

OT: I know there are alot of glamberts watching the x-factor, am I the only one that feels the ones that can really sing get voted off? (leroy brown)for example. I have come to the conclusion the tweens are so good at twittering, the internet per say voting factor they are always going to out vote most of us and keep the young, no singers in example astro- please!!! Chris rene over leroy brown??? at least marcus canty can sing. What's the point of voting anymore per phone- it's useless! Sorry just venting!

@HAL- thanks for the link- ya I think this is somewhat disturbing- we just don't know what adam signed way back then and now it's biting him in this ass! Do I think they are right, of course not!, but that's show-biz, cruel and cut-throat and I know I wouldn't be able to keep one day of sanity in this business. What-ever the out-come- I will support everything adam even if he loses, he will quickly gain it all back!!

@7:46 I watched XFactor and I think Leroy has a great voice and real surprised to see Marcus in the bottom two. There are weaker singers on there but it depends on who is voting. I am really glad Adam went on AI when he did. It seems like the timing on things for Adam has been perfect in his career. First I thought oh no album till March but look how many are released in November. A single in January will be perfect to lead in to the album. Everything happens for a reason!It's late hope i am making sense haha

I posted this article here a while back..and don't remember which thread it's on..not a main thread topic, so will re-post. This is written by a lawyer (also a fan) who has read the lawsuit and offers some insight into what it actually means. Apparently she handles music business litigation so I assume she knows how to read the legal-ese and explains what it all means, in "layman's" terms. Definitely a nuisance for Adam. I think he has good legal representation and will be fine once the dust settles. It is also recommended that fans do not send nasty messages to any of the people involved. It won't help him, and could just make things worse.
