ADAM ALERT! Just saw on Idolater web site that Adam is scheduled for 4 concerts with Queen this summer! Fantastic news for fans that have already purchased expensive travel reservations. The one on June 30th in Moscow is still on and another added in Kiev and two in London at the Hammersmith Apollo. Sorry,I don't know how to transfer the article to 24/7. Adam did a great job tonight! Seems he was the man of the hour, with many on red carpet mentioning him and great intro by Kelly who looked beautiful. Sauli was beaming with pride and is so good looking too. What a handsome couple! Perez had a Wolfman quality about him with his scruffy beard. He has really toned up. No interviews with Adam. Wonder why...lol

"It looks like Queen will be busy with new frontman Adam Lambert this summer. Drummer Roger Taylor tells The Insider that he and guitarist Brian May are planning to play four shows with the former "American Idol" finalist -- a June 30 concert in Moscow, another with Elton John in Kiev and two early July shows at the Hammersmith Apollo in England. The latter is to provide "some alternative...for some of the people who had bought tickets" to a July 7 Sonishpere festival date in England that was canceled. "We're really excited about it," Taylor says. "Adam...of course he has this unbelievable range, like Freddie (Mercury) had range. Adam can really cover it. He's an extraordinary singer and a real talent. I feel he fits into our sort of theatricality." As for doing more with Lambert, Taylor says that "we're just going to see what happens, how well it goes, how we get on." Taylor and May first performed with Lambert during the 2009 "Idol" finals and then at the 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards. Taylor says he and May have also been approached to be part of the Summer Olympics closing ceremonies in London but adds that "I don't think we're meant to say too much about it yet."

Taylor and May are currently busy getting the new tribute road show, "The Queen Extravaganza," ready for its May 26 opening in Quebec, including a two-night "introduction" of the cast on the April 25-26 episodes of "American Idol." The "Extravaganza" plays on May 31 at Detroit's Fox Theatre."

@ Glitzylady, I didn't realize the news was out, as I hadn't had time to read comments section before I posted. Glad you gave more accurate info. I still don't know how to post links to this site, only to FB and twitter. I just was so excited to read that it was a possibility and so many fans had already gone to such expense, I was really happy for them and of course for Adam. He was really bummed out at the cancellation. This will really get him out to the masses and seeing him live is a real experience. I hope all will go well and Adam will have a shot at the Olympics if Queen is confirmed. Such great news and he was outstanding at the NNN Awards!

RE: the Queen news - not holdig my breath 'til it's confirmed but count me happy because I'm one of the Sonisphere disppointees. With my luck - we won't get tickets!!!! (I am almost convinced that the cancellation of Sonisphere is entirely my fault because my luck this year hasn't been good.)

The wording on the Olympics info is careful: "Brian and Roger" have been approached. It may be a long chorus of "We are the Champions" as the athletes roll into the stadium at the end of the games, sung by some big stars. Who knows?

Don't want to get my hopes up too much on either until we get official word but so far this day is awesome!

My eyes were so glued to Adam himself when I watched the show last night (involuntary action/reaction, you guys get it I'm sure :)) that I didn't even notice the slanted black and yellow stripes flashing all throughout the background/set, nor did I realize the yellow coloring of the confetti! I notice the fabulous back up singers' outfit sleeves, but not the other stuff, and I'm laughing at myself this morning because, yes, it's because I can barely tear my eyes away from Adam and his stunning vocals. Gosh to hear those glory notes in person! 2 GNT shows was simply not enough :)!

Hi fans. Please vote on VH1 if you have time. It would be great to show that an appearance like NNN can have positive influence. Keep requesting to local radio for BTIKM also, for same reason, to help show that exposure, AS IN RADIO PLAY, would hook more and more fans. My neice says she feels confidant that her friends would like his music and buy his products IF THEY HEARD BTIKM PLAYED ON THE RADIO. Would be nice to see if BTIKM could get a little surge from this appearance, altho not very mainstream venue, before his people let it fall by the wayside in favor of full scale push for Trespassing.

Intersting that the announcer said that he'd be performing "his new single, Trespassing," Hmmm. Adam still hasn't officially announced his new single.

Adam was really amazing!Well, as always! i downloaded the vid and I can't stop watching it over and over again. He gives so much energy and strenght on the stage that makes you shake till yo can't breath!He's the best!He deserve the best!and I HATE CONFETTI!! Yes, the announcer kept saying "Adam's new single..." but so far no official announcement from Adam..so waiting with "bated breath" to see if it truly is..He is such a tease with this stuff!! I tend to think it IS but I'm waiting for HIM to say it..I was thinking he might tweet something about it late last night (Pacific time..) but other than these tweets, he is still keeping us hanging..That performance was just so so so good...Its only my DVR on the 50 inch TV which is a whole different experience than on my 15 inch laptop screen...Holy S**t!!!!!

Last year was the first time I ever heard of this award show. I may be the only one on the site who doesn't know the answer to this. What connection does this show have to the gay community? Why so many Queens spotlighted?
Not complaining, just curious. Is LOGO a mostly gay channel? I'd never heard of it before. But then I'd never heard of RuPaul either. I guess my world is very small.

The only thing I didn't like about the performance, is they didn't keep the camera on Adam the whole time.

I remember Ru Paul from many years ago. He is very funny and smart and has obviously done very well for himself. His drag queen personna was hilarious, and his interviews were always quick and witty.

These kinds of shows are cheesy by nature and cheesy by intent, except for the incredible vocal talent. LOL! Adam has many friends in many circles, gay and straight. I think it's a asset, personally.

@11;19 - all the queens were there since RuPauls Drag Race is on Logo. It has shows dealing with both gay and straight issues. I watch Logo a lot since I love "One Girl/5 Gays" - a great program out of Canada. A great many people are upset with Logo since they are the ones behind a new show featuring that little girl that appeared on the show last nite. ... Adamluv

yeah Adamluv, truthfully, I'm a little disappointed with Logo on the Eden's World show. I think Logo has some smart programming... and their cheesy stuff is cheesy by design, as I was just commenting about on another thread...but not cheesy at a child's expense. I guess the whole communications field is going in this direction, and it is the parents' responsibility and all that, but I'm kind of disappointed in Logo; it does have a bit of a mature feel to it, as a channel, and I don't believe there is any way of getting around the fact that they are putting Eden's World out in the fishbowl for public consumption under less than honorable circumstances and for less than honorable reasons (i.e. profit etc) But I suppose the relatively well thought of cable channels like TLC, Lifetime and several others can have the same said about them, in regard to their producing and airing "reality" shows that, truthfully, throw people under the bus for ratings and profit. Pageantry and the like long been a field where the gay community work professionally, so I guess it seemed like a natural draw and a reasonable fit, but, truthfully, it's about the fishbowl thing and ratings and profit more I'd venture to guess.

I can tell you my little world has expanded A LOT since "meeting" Adam 3 years ago!! LOGO is indeed a mostly gay channel. One of its biggest (probably THE biggest) shows is RuPaul's Drag Race and as a result we saw a lot of Drag Queens. Quite honestly I only watched it because Adam was on there to sing, and I had quite a few friends who were there as well in the audience. The Adam Lambert Fan Site that was nominated is administered by friends of mine (Carol and Lila), and who were sitting right behind Josh Hutcherson from the Hunger Games. Also had some friends in the balcony who were also shown on TV..so that was fun too. And of course I was waiting, waiting, waiting...for Adam to sing...Who was by FAR the best of the night....or any night..I also loved Kelly Osborne..The rest was fairly forgettable. I've gotten a lot of first-hand reports from friends who were there and they all had a great time and said any mention of Adam got massive amounts of cheers and applause (of course)..far more than anyone else..No doubt. Waiting for the full report of the after party at Bardot from some friends who went to that too....

Its the first place I went to learn about and flail about Adam during and after Idol..and I have formed many close friendships of the others who posted on there as a result.. They didn't win but they got a lot of applause when Adam's name was mentioned. They were stunned and thrilled to be nominated and had a ball being there.

OMG!!!! Lori!! That made me CRY!! I truly wish I had been able to be there for the filming..but circumstances prevented it. I hadn't realized you were in the room with Gov. Gregoire when she gave her stunning speech for Marriage Equality in WA State. You were a part of history being made. So proud of you!! And so proud of our governor and her own personal journey of reconciliation. As to that legislator and his/her idiotic statement that it didn't make sense to spend so much time on the rights and equality of so small a segment of the state's population of people AKA HUMAN BEINGS: what a moron. Seems to me his estimate was way way off. Obviously a bigot besides. Those kinds of attitudes make my skin crawl.

I hope everyone who comes to this blog will read the story of how you came to this place in your life and how you put together these wonderful videos..I loved the fact that you mentioned Adam in your discussion in this article. Beautiful all around...

Hello everybody (finally)... Believe it or not I'm still alive, although turning today the 41th day in «hellspital», since I commented last time here. Yeahhh @funbunn40 (my Diamond Nurse), it happened again, what was supposed to be be just the seconed part of my diverticulitis surgery to get free from my colostomy after 6 months... plus a total hysterectomy (and should take only 9-11 days in hospital) became a very extensive list of problems and infections and allergies and the need of a NEW INTESTINES SURGERY in emmergency and... well this is to be erased away of the history of my life... anyway, it meant «hellspital» until now and only God knows when I'll be able to go back home. Prayers, fellows, please... I need candles and prayers, thanks.

Since March 1th I have not come back to Paradise, never heard about my sweet Adam, I miss him so much... I'll start tomorrow morning the Mission Impossible to catch all the news and videos. But I'm sure my Diamond Master would forgive me if he had any idea about how much pain and agony and starving I have been through.

Now, about ICON, I don't believe in his forgiveness so soon, once he knows I've never published his message to you all (as a matter of fact it is lost among my documents here).

Kuku, kuku, kuku!!!!» The poor woman just tries to explain him that his mommy Fun4fun is very ill again in hellspital and might not be able to party his birthday but she (aunt Esther)and Fatima, the other good neighbor, will make a special «sardines barbacue» there in my back yard for all his friends and neighbors, including Ping Pong who is now living with her sister in a small farm (with no chickens, only horses and 3 dogs) coming with birthday gifts. But she told me that Icon's still asking «is it already 'Maypril????», «will I get a Trespassing?» «Will my uncle sweet Adam be here?»

Sorry folks, time to end my message; the nurses are already here again to give me special care (I mean, to torture me). Oh, I haven't told you, I'm ALONE in a special room with private bathroom because of my army of GERMS, and people come to visit me wearing special clothes, gloves and mask... Glamshit! Adam is a hard man to keep up with these days, even for those of us who have easy access to our computers. He put on his AMAZING and brilliant performance of Trespassing on TV last night...I hope you can watch that soon if you haven't already, because I swear that man can cure a lot of ills, or at least take our minds off of them... Good God!! I also have to tell you that I recently was able to meet Adam, listen to him sing some songs live at a radio promo in Portland OR..and I will send you some of that hug...and I don't share Adam Lambert hugs with just anyone..because they are pretty darn special and I'll only share with those who will truly appreciate them! >>>HUG!!!<<< I'll also share with you the link for "Never Close Our Eyes" the new song he sang there.. It was absolutely GORGEOUS! I suspect it will be a single at some point, but probably not right away. And of course I seriously hope you can see the Trespassing performance from NNN! OT...Hurray Fan4fun ! You may be missing some parts, but your spirit and humour are alive and intact! We've been missing you and Icon and knew you had to have additional colon surgery, but I'm so sorry you had to suffer thru' so much! You've been on my "white light list", along with beaming up the universe. I also paid a visit to the ER recently, but it was Vertigo caused by an inner ear problem. I think it was Adam related due to excessive lurking and sleep deprivation! Adam has been making the rounds of the radio stations the past few weeks promoting Trespassing that will be out May 15. You'll have plenty to watch, flail over and give you healing energy. Imagine God's healing white light filling your body with liquid warmth and little Pacmen gobbling up all the nasty germs that are Trespassing and banish them for good! As Adam would do,keep your power and determination. It's kept you going against the worst. It can only get better now and you have many sending prayers and healing thoughts your way.Your Diamond boy is going to do great things this year and we need your sharp mind and wit to join us with all of the surprises to come. All of this frustration and pain will be behind you by the time he starts his tour. I think Adam was stalling the release of Trespassing to give you time to heal and join us! Seriously, my Diamond RX is for you to mentally envision yourself healing and being strong. Your mind can do many miraculous things. My husband was one that his doctors said was healed by something other than medicine. You have an especially strong will and it has already brought you thru'many trials. OT...@ Glitzylady, Thanks for the Queen info and for all of the links you share to keep us Adam current...@ Adamluv, I'm always glad to hear your input and since Adam and Raja I've been watching RuPaul's Drag Race. I've always been fascinated by her work of art makeup and creative gowns. The Queens are an art form and hilarious. I really don't like to see little girls exploited on reality shows and made up like adults. Eden in Eden's World has been so programmed and I think giving children energy drinks, hair weaves and false teeth(when they lose a tooth), skimpy costumes and singing adult, sexy songs are sending them a wrong message. They have to grow up soon enough.I was in a few beauty pageants in high school, but it was at the bottom of my priority list and I didn't take it that seriously. My friends talked me into it. My parents thought it was superficial and kept it in perspective, education and substance being their preference, just something for fun if I wanted to do it. I feel for these children when they go thru' the enevitable awkward stage or they no longer can depend on this make believe to give them self worth. Guess it's my age showing.Time for an Adam fix! Speaking of Adam Fix, missing her on this site! Bing too!

OT..@lmb, Your son must be so proud of what you have accomplished for PFLAG, making a huge difference! I loved your statement, "The importance of securing the civil rights of a loved one transcends all political parties and religions and is more important than all the bills put before the legislature and it greatly will influence one's vote." Amendment One will be up for a vote in NC on May 8th and the churches, politicians are vigorously duking it out. I'm really concerned that if it passes it will create many problems for straight single people, children and victims of domestic violence as well as the gay community. I feel like these politicians are going back to the 1960s, furthering prejudices and bullying. I'm tired of the politicians dictating and forcing their restrictive views upon a diversified public, trying to change laws that should have no bearing on their personal business, taking rights away from tax paying citizens, etc.These politicians would be amazed at just how many LBGT citizens are an integral part of workplaces, the military and are churchgoers. Unfortunately many still aren't comfortable coming out of the closet for good reason, but if they did, I think the numbers would be very surprising. I hope all will vote.

Now back to Adam..This performance is just a taste of what's to come!I think his new keyboard player and musical director will give Adam an extra boost, not only with his experience and musical ability, but his credibility from other artists with home he has worked and may help Adam broaden his audience. Ashley, his bass player is another big asset. She really rocked it out at the NNN show, looking good and playing extremely well. Adam really does sell it playing live.
