Of the four singers featured, only Adam is given 4/4 stars!Outstanding, as I always say of Adam and Trespassing. Yea agree, People Magazine, about Adam invading the dance music domain. So many songs are great for fast or slow dance and also ice-skating. Actually Trespassing is such an encompassing album, the songs, beats, music are conducive to any musical activity, even musical-chairs; lol! Adam has looked at it from multi angles, in his Trespassing production. Last but not least, credit to all who helped him achieve this far-sighted, high quality, well-thought-out album. #1 on many charts it shall be! :)

Wonderful news! The AI stance works again like it did for WWFM. This time round on AI, Adam is not pleading anymore, asking people what they want from him; rather, he is calling the shots...advising people to stay awake! LOL! Adam, you sure have come a long way... :)

He was 5-6, before idol, climbed to #2 after it, stalled at 2 for 3-4 hours, hit #1 suddenly surpassing Adele. If the unfortunate passing of Donna hadn't occurred he'd be #1 on overall too right now.

I just wished u guys were at the Twitter more actively, the 3 days I couldn't be here I was celebrating with the fans on Twitter. I came back constantly to post u the links, but saw that someone else had already posted, but the excitement and passion level is sooooooo high on Twitter, esp when he shot to top spot on Itunes after the GMA. Let's just say that Twitter and entertainment world literally went into a happy shock for 3 days... We're experiencing the sweet aftershocks still and it's quite delicious...

Have some more good time on Twitter! From your tone, yea I can feel the feverish pitch there. Yea update us here, some of us can't run as fast as you Twitterers. Adam is making some great splashes this time, with swirling wave tunnels. More fever-pitched tweeting to come on his Queen/Adam performance and if he makes it to the Olympics, it might crash Twitter. I'm so happy for these 4 stars and that it's by People Magazine - which to me sends a message the album has wide appeal. It's not just for Glamberts or gays or dancers. There's something for everyone.

JAK here.....Like a good wife I have given up talking about Adam at my husbands request (and I simply couldn't take the eyerolling anymore). However that does not mean I have given up torturing him....my husband that is, not Adam.

These small photos that are in magazines occasionally are perfect ammunition.

I haven't decided yet where I'll put this People one when it comes...someplace good. In the past I've put them on sunvisor in his car.....taped one to the label on his favorite bottle of scotch, replaced 1956 photo of me in his wallet with Adam.....taped one on the cover of one of his golf clubs,
his friends got a kick out of that one! He has begun to retaliate though. Last week my pitcher of ice tea in fridge had a picture of Charlize Theron taped on it. Good boy, I do love a challenge!

Fun and games don't have to end when you hit your 70's....they just have to be a little less physical!^o^

Got my first of 5 cd's today. This is the most AMAZING cd. The stream dosen't do it justice. I have been rocking those dance tracks. 4 out of 4 is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. Does anyone know Trespassing has been released in Australia yet. LOVE ADAM!

BTW handing out cd's to teen next door and my friend's college bound senior. (she already loves him,but great graduation gift) :)

Adam Lambert Offers Advice For Phillip & Jessica, Coyly Hints at ‘Idol’ Finale Prediction

Season 8 "American Idol" runner-up Adam Lambert fabulously performed his new Trespassing single "Never Close Our Eyes," resplendent in green neon and silver sharkskin, on "Idol's" top three results show this week--the same show on which one of his favorite Season 11 contestants, Jessica Sanchez, made it to the final two, but another one of his faves, Joshua Ledet, did not. When asked how he felt about this outcome (he'd recently controversially tweeted that he thought Jessica and Joshua "wiped the floor" with the other contestants), Adam revealed that he'd undergone a bit of a change of heart regarding Phillip Phillips.
"I think Phillip has something too. In the last couple weeks, he's really proven himself," said Adam. "I was on the fence earlier, but there have been a few performances of his that have been so sophisticated lately, and just so nuanced and tender, and that takes a lot of skill...I wouldn't have been as diplomatic two or three weeks ago, but at this point, I think they've all earned their spot."
When asked to give advice for both Jessica and Phillip going into next week's finale--a position Adam was in literally exactly three years ago--Adam offered: "You've got to tune out all the outside cooks in the kitchen, because there's a lot of pressure coming from every angle. When you get to the finale, tune out a little bit, and focus on what you love about music, why you're here, why you like singing, and what you've always done."
And what about his prediction for next week's finale? Does Adam think Jessica can win? Adam played coy with his read-between-the-lines answer, replying: "It depends on what kind of music you listen to, musical genres...Although, what's the type of genre that always wins every year? I'm not going to say it, but I'm asking the rhetorical question. Like, what usually wins? So..."
Ha.

Moving on to the subject of his own musical genres, Adam conceded that his sophomore album, Trespassing, is a bit of a stylistic departure from the more straightahead rock he performed during his own "Idol" run, but he pointed out: "It's definitely a little more, like, funk-disco, but there are rock elements on the album. If people aren't hearing that, then they gotta get their ears checked, 'cause it's there! The chorus of 'Cuckoo' is like hair-metal down. 'Trespassing' has a lot of rock energy on it; 'Runnin'' has rock energy. I think genre gets really emphasized sometimes, and that doesn't make a lot of sense to me. If you like the song, you like the song!"

the plain and simple of it is that if we want Adam to go to #1 in the USA then we're just going to have to fight and pray because for whatever reason Adams music buying fan base is not currently large enough to decisively beat an album that's already been out for almost 3 weeks (Carrie) and an album that came out over a year ago (Adele). It might be close, but we'll just have to do our fair share of leg-work as fans and hope for the best. How well he does on international charts might be more telling than how he does in America anyway. I think he arguably has more of a presence internationally than he does in the states but we'll just have to wait and see for the numbers to come in. Hopefully, with the right single and continually stellar album reviews, the upcoming summer season will work to his benefit since that is when pop songs/music really thrive and the party atmosphere is at it's peak.

Been receiving 6 free issues of People as a promo and luckily this was in the current issue. So thrilled to see it in the mag. and maybe I should subscribe to People and cancel EW. due to that imbeciles review. What do you all think??? . . . Adamluv

That vile woman from Adams review gave a B to John Mayers new album and discussed his private life as well which to me has no bearing on someones album. Guess that's her style but IMO very unprofessional. But it wasnt ugly and hateful like hers on Adam. . . . Adamluv

The woman is obviously a bigot and should be fired. They shouldn't have a reviewer who can't review music w/o her bigotry coming through.

I am not a fan of John Mayer but Adam is definitely better in every regard. I got the EW today too and felt the same.

I am listening to the cd every minute I can and just can't get enough. It is so mesmerizing!
