Having spent a lot of time in the past surrounded by people speaking languages other the English (as in Arabic, Hindi and Farsi) it is not always easy to smile and not feel slightly uneasy and left out of the conversation. But Adam is a total natural - smiling, laughing and truly appearing to be enjoying this unique experience. Please make him an ambassador to the United Nations! . . . Adamluv
Make him Secretary of State, poor Hillary is exhausted and ready to retire. Neil could be his assistant and brief him on political issues and Adam could charm. A dynamite duo!....JAK
A song or two here and there wouldn't hurt!.....lol
Why do all the Japanese shows it seems have so much colour and patterns going on, and so many presenters, or even just people standing around doing nothing?????
The food packaging is the same, so much happening on a small packet of sweets....
Interesting that Japanese variety show hosts seem to cover a range of ages and often have an older gentleman - a father figure? - in the mix. The Japanese have much more respect for age than we do. It's almost as if the parents are being giving an subliminal message - "don't worry, we're keeping an eye on your kids while we're entertaining them. None of that MTV, MM anarchy.
Japan respects and gives priority to the elderly. You can feel it and see that even waiters are older people. And seniority rules in the workplace when it comes to promotion. Employees stay with the same company from where they got started upon graduation. I see them as happy people in general and very polite and respectful.
Just saw on one of those entertainment shows that Richie Sambora(BON JOVI) dyed his hair blonde at the age of 53. Who will be next? It's the look of the summer and a change for these musical performers(Miley, the lead singer of Neon Trees, Adam and now Sambora). Did I leave anyone out? I guess it is one way of getting noticed and your name and picture out for the media to publish or for someone to tweet about. I am getting used to the new color on Adam and can't wait to see pictures of him from the concerts in Japan this weekend.
